Received it more than a week later than promised delivery date. Had to fight with Wayfair customer care so many times regarding delivery of item. Instructions on the provided paper were almost useless. No labels on the wooden racks to identify them easily which goes where. Some of the pre-drilled holes were not matching. Some wooden racks came broken (pic attached). Now the assembled product is extremely thin and flimsy. Overall a big NOOOO for this product. From receiving it to using it was a very bad experience. Never buying anything from Wayfair again.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL CHEAP PRODUCT CHEAP QUALITY! the product is very flimsy and low quality. it's thin lowest quality wood board the assembly instructions are very bad.

Unfortunately only 1 out of the 12 metal pieces fit into the holes. I watched the video and they are supposed to just slip right into place and they would not fit at all. I had to drill new holes. And THEN after I drilled new holes I realized there were only enough metal pieces for 1 of the side panels, not both.

Its very thin and lightweight . The door is stuck several times. Also, only 24 pairs of shoes can fit. Not fit 36 pairs. They lied on the website .
