The door warped within two weeks and was unusable. Had to throw it away and have someone build one from scratch. Hardware is nice though.

Product was as described.

Product was as described and well packaged for delivery with all necessary screws for assembly. One panel had a small 2" crack in one side of a center panel but did not impact form or function. Normal tools required for assembly with exception of large clamps necessary to assemble the panels 42" width that I feel most people will not have already.

Pathetic measurements

I purchased a 24” x 84” barn door from you all to replace a hung hinged door. I followed the instructions and put the door together and hung the new barn door.

Good for the Price

This is not a beginner assembly. The clamps needed are not small or what the average homeowner would have on hand. The door did come together well and looks nice in the end. Be sure when you measure that you raise the hardware up at least 1/2" if you have carpet. Had to cut this amount off of the bottom of the door so it would not drag which meant a new bottom support had to be purchased.

Finished installing yesterday. Great looking door. The coloring matches well what is presented online. Panels are good quality and fit together well. Recommend, as per the instructions, using clamps to hold boards tightly together while assembling. Included hardware is of good quality. Ordered the track and rollers separately. Overall very pleased and it looks great in our home.

I love the doors, I bought 2. My husband and I are now seniors, ☹️ the first door took several hours to figure out how the pieces went together, actually, consulted with an even older neighbor, we do not build anything. He confirmed we got it right, 2nd door was a piece of cake. A couple of pieces were a little warped and some wood didn’t line up perfectly, but that’s the beauty of weathered barn doors. Very happy.

This is the second door I have received from them...

This is the second door I have received from them within 4 weeks and both were warped. First one beyond even being able to put together and now the second one is a major eye sore, the top has a 1 inch gap from the wall the bottom has about a 5 inch gap from the wall. The door is twisted! I don’t understand how they can send these doors to people paying a premium price!!!!

The price is too high for a door. As the description says it comes in pieces for you to do it yourself. However, it requires you to have at least 6 presses and for you to spend at least two to three hours of your time to put it together. It shouldn’t take that long but the wood parts were warped so there was a lot of manipulation involved. Also the ganging hardware and the piece of wood that you need to make the door level with your baseboard is not included with this door. I love the color but if I knew I was going to spent almost $600 for this door I would have picked something else. Maybe if you buy it, you will be lucky that your wood pieces will straight and just ready to assemble.
