Nice and Big!
When I first got the tree, it was very stiff; you have to work with it to get the leaves to fall how you want them to fall. It’s a great addition to my dining room.
Looks nothing like the advertisement
I was excited to finally find. My first order came damaged. The customer service was excellent and my tree was replaced. Upon receiving the replacement, I thought a piece was missed or possibly some of the leaves broke off. It almost looks like the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. It is not full as it shows and not worth the price. Therefore it’s in the attic with my Christmas decorations.
Bad Business!!!!
We have not yet received our promised plant!!!! We keep getting strange messages from both Nearly Natural and FedEx, but no one contacts us directly, and no one gets our plant to us, even though we have paid hundreds of dollars for it. You take our money, but you don't deliver, and provide little or no customer service!!!! Bad business!!!
Great product!
We really love the look of this in the home. You just need to spend a few min to manipulate the leaves to the look you want.. and you can't tell that it's not real! I would definitely recommend!
The plant, the leaves, the stem are all excellent....
The plant, the leaves, the stem are all excellent. The problem is that the leaves are not spread out, they are all vertical as if they were tied up for transportation purposes. Although leaves are plastic they do not seem toe bend which I have tried in order to "open it up".

customer service is horrible
I never got the shipment. I tracked it and it was damaged in shipping. I have emailed 3 times and got a response that they were going to reorder and that never happened. So I have tried to call 2 times and on hold forever and then have to leave a message and no one calls back. Not sure what to do at this point. Will never buy from here again.
Beautiful
I unboxed the tree as soon as it arrived and had it sitting upright in our foyer. When my husband got home, his first comment was, "God, I hope you don't want me to plant that thing...it's huge...beautiful but huge!" Until he looked a little closer, he'd thought it was REAL!
