Very nice bed for the money. Very easy to inbox and assemble and is very stable and nice looking.

Great product but came damage

Absolutely beautiful!! I bought this set as a gift for my sister. She was so excited and we all LOVE IT! The customer support was excellent!!

Good product, bad delivery

The furniture was exactly as I expected - has a distressed look but very sturdy and nice. The delivery and setup were my issue. I received text notifications from a company telling me when they would arrive to assemble my bed. I made a bad assumption that they were also the delivery people. It was only when they arrived that we realized that this was not the case. The bed came 2 days later without any notice of shipment or alert for when it was being delivered. I am in a second floor apartment and returned home to find it left at the bottom of the stairs. It is very heavy. I had to call my son to come get it up the stairs. Very disappointed by lack of communication and method of delivery.

Easy to put together strong when assembled for the value I thought the headboard could have had a usb slot to charge your phone

Nice bed

I love the look of the bed overall. Adds to the farmhouse vibe I have going. When we originally purchased the bed, the drawers came way later than the rest of the bed. There are some knicks but nothing major. Two things I do not like about this bed; 1) the little feet on the bars in the middle do not stay put so our bed sinks in the middle, 2) the headboard is squeaky.

Beautiful bed and great quality for the price. The drawers are spacious and slide in and out smoothly. Also surprisingly easy to put together!

Some items broken

The drawers came broken so I had to fix them myself. The bed altogether great minus the drawers. Love the look and sits just high enough

Some damage

Came with some damge. Not visible so wasnt as concerned. Can’t use drawers becasue drawer door is secure and door will come off drawer. Bad craftmenship. Otherwise love the look

Disappointed

When recieved 4/5 items were damaged. I called customer service and they said it would take 15 days to get me a new set. Instead I took the money they offered and will be using that money to have the items fixed. Wouldnt reccomend this company

Side panels were damaged upon arrival

This is great furniture and real wood! Beautiful color and I just bought another one for my Cabin Queen size. Great price and value. Instructions were better than most products.

Beautiful Bed

The bed is absolutely beautiful. Love that there is no bed spring required as well. The only complaint I would have is that there were some chips and broken wood parts upon opening the packaging and setting the bed up for assembly. The order arrived pretty quickly and my overall experience was very satisfied.
