Beautiful table we love it and the price was awesome!!! Very good quality! Took about 45 minutes to put together instructions very simple. It is very heavy so make sure you have help. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!!❤️

Ok. When I ordered this I was not expecting a high quality item for the great price I paid. But my son and I put it together in about 30mins and had to call some friends over to pickup. 280lbs easy.. been playing for 3 days now.

It came damaged (not the company’s fault) it looked like the fork lifts damaged the box. We spent hours and hours on the phone with customer service to return it. THe replacement came damaged again in January. I took us dozens of phone calls with Walmart to get it returned and 6 weeks later they picked it up. Now it’s been a month and another 5 phone calls and Walmart is telling me they can’t refund it. Customer service is a joke. I have gotten told so many times I would receive an email with refund info and now that I can’t get a refund because it won’t let them process it. There’s no way to speak with a manager or someone to help.

Really good quality table for the price. Very easy to put together. Packaging we were a little concerned since it was so happy, but it arrived in great shape and Wayfair delivery drivers handled greatly. Includes basic ball and cue set. If you’re a serious player, you probably will want to upgrade your accessories.

This pool table was affordable and does the trick for exactly what we needed. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. The blue slate felt color is really pretty.

The product is great but the delivery company “Merske” is terrible. They left the product out in the rain at 630 in the morning with no notice. The delivery was a week late and I had to pay a moving company to bring it inside because the package was falling apart and it was too heavy for me.

The item was supposed to be delivered to me on 12th December but on 13th the item status changed to Delivered. I got an email from Shipping company that the item was Damaged, hence they are returning it back to Walmart warehoue in Las vegas and also shared me the tracking number.I was asked to contact Walmart for replacement/refund but when I called Walmart Customer service, after wait for almost an hour I was transferred again to account review team who is turn mentioned that I need to contact the Freight company Maersk for any replacement or refund. They were not ready to believe me that I never received the item as there is a major disconnect between their Shipping company. I was asked to check with my neighbours that the item is delivered and they have the proof of delivery which they dont. I had to call them everyday and waste an hour or two to only hear from them that they have created an incident and I will get a call from walmart in 4 hours which I have never received. Each time I call of course after a wait for about an hour for the Account review team, a new incident is created but no updates. The frieght compny confirmed that the item was RETURNED back to walmart warehouse on 20th December, but Walmart have still not created a Replacement Order or ready to do a refund for the amount. At times they created a RETURN Order for me and I was getting emails from another shipping company to pick the item for return from my place which I never received. DO NOT PLACE BIG ORDERS FROM WALMART. Worst Customer service!! I am going to dispute the transaction from the bank!!

The table is cool for the family, not too big and not too small for family play. The baskets are held on by plastic fasteners and they already broke. So you should make sure to get extra if you want to play.

If you're looking for something nice without defects, don't buy. Table arrived with seems in the felt that affect cosmetics and game play. Manufacturer stated they would not remedy and to reach out to the seller directly. Now I'm debating with myself whether or not I want to go through the effort of breaking this table down, returning and/or getting a replacement. Other than the felt issue, the cues that come with the table are exceptionally light and one of them is unusable due to being crooked. Balls seem to be good, however slightly smaller than what you would find on a bar table. I really like the design of the table, which is why it gets 2 stars, but with the defects, I hope this is not normal for this table.

After my wife placed an order for the wrong color they swapped them out with no additional cost. They are a great company to deal with & I intend on purchasing other items I have seen them advertising. This table is great quality & if you have a decent carpenter's level & know hoe to use it the table is extremely easy to true up for great accurate strait shooting.
