Cheap
Cheaply made, every time we sit you can hear a creak or cracking. Arms of sofa are not padded they make a popping noise. My mistake of ordering online and not in atore.

I brought this sofa and loveseat without seeing it in person so really took a chance about what it would look like and how it would feel to sit on. When it was delivered i loved the look, color and firmness of it, very comfortable, so far no negative things i can say about either item. I ordered it in Indigo Blue
Miravel sofa
I ordered this in the "slate" color. Online it appears to be a warm, taupe shade. The actual sofa is much more of a cooler,grey/blue shade. It looks so different from the picture that I double checked what I actually ordered. Miravel is also offered in indigo and gunmetal. This couch doesn't come close to any of those colors. It is also very uncomfortable. The cushions are like sitting on plywood with absolutely no give to them at all. Very disappointed with the actual sofa.

First cowjack got what is no good. The service may in came out to look at it. Can deny gave me a new couch. Put I had to wait about six weeks. I love to couch you now.
