Difficult to get to play the way I want.

Big waste of time and same old crappy delivery service. It was not delivered, and no one even had the decency to let me know that they screwed up and you won't get it on the promised delivery day. Incompetence and the name Walmart are the same thing.

Terrible waste of money. Buyer beware.

NOT WORTH BUYING. Lasted <1 year before it broke. Keys are "semi-weighted" which means "not really weighted". Sound was ok. Sustain pedal did not work at all. Fine for practicing, but it did not last. Adults only had access to this keyboard and we were not rough with it at all. The keyboard stayed in a private, temperature and humidity controlled room and was cared for well. Such a disappointment. Would definitely not recommend unless you are looking for a disposable keyboard.

Not weighted keys. I repeat, not weighted keys. I am so super disappointment. I just got it today. I’m just opened it today and I’m going to try to process a return today.

Works fine until it doesn't

We got this keyboard about 1.5 years ago. I was happy to have 88 keys that I could play on, that was much more portable than a real piano (we've moved around a bit). The music stand is flimsy and doesn't hold up to music books. It would be fine for a page or two of sheet music but not much more. Mine broke. Then the pedal started causing trouble. The cord would fall out of the keyboard sometimes. Then this morning it just wouldn't connect at all...there was nothing my husband or I could do to make it work. I contacted customer service to ask about purchasing replacement parts, but they do not sell or have anywhere to send me to buy replacement parts. And they only send replacement parts within a 60-day window. We scoured the Internet and came up empty. The cord plug (that goes in the keyboard...you know, theoretically) is a kmdlax-6p, and there aren't replacement pedals with that plug. The generic standard pedals will all have a different plug. So now I'm out a functioning keyboard. It is very disappointing that there are no options for purchasing replacement parts, and if I had realized that upfront I likely would have passed on this keyboard. At least you should be able to count on 60 days of fun though with this keyboard if you purchase it, and maybe more if you're lucky!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could pick ZERO I would. The sustain pedal pedal broke and they told me they DO NOT sell ANY replacement parts. The worst part is that a universal pedal WILL NOT work with this piano like other brands. Look elsewhere for your purchases

I’m a newbie and there’s such a delay in the keys not sure if this is suppose to happen but it def gets annoying but I’m a beginner so I’m definitely not out a lot of money. I can still learn and practice the keys. It’s a nice keyboard for what I paid for just a slight delay in the keys is all.

Love this keyboard and stand. High quality and a great price. The keyboard has a lot of different features that give it flexibility from beginners to pianists. Love learning to play on this keyboard.

We liked it

When I received my digital piano it did not work. After contacting support, it was determined that it had a bad board in it. I had to box it back up and take to my nearest store. I was informed that they had to ship it back to best choice and then they would refund my money which could take up to two weeks to get my money back. I wish they had them in store for pick up.
