Poor packaging and dented pan.

This item arrived in a bag poorly packaged! The pan was dented and it’s a flan Bundt pan. Now, my flan will not come out perfectly shaped because of the dent. The dent happened because of the poor way it was packaged. It should have been in a box with packing material to cushion the aluminum pan. Too much trouble to return now.

Exactly what I expected and in beautiful condition

Seller is top notch, 5 STAR, Customer Service. Pan is as described. The top is a bit more flat than I expected, less rounded at top than my 9-1/2 inch ring pan. Also, because of aluminum material, my flan cooked a little faster than anticipated, and the aluminum stains a bit in water bath. However, the pan is excellent quality. These 11-1/2 ring pans are difficult to find. Seller went out of their way to accommodate my delivery date, during the Holidays.
