Zero stars. Do NOT buy this product. This umbrella was only seldomly used primarily because it cannot withstand minimal wind gusts no matter how securely it is fastened to its anchor. Notwithstanding, the umbrella did not see even 10 days of use. Upon calling Wayfair's renowned customer service team, admittedly outside any warranty period, asking initially if the pole could be replaced and alternatively if a small rubber piece at the top of the pole could be replaced (seemingly minimal asks), I was informed by customer service that nothing could be done. When I asked if it might be worthwhile reaching out to the manufacturer, customer service informed me they are the manufacturer. Zero nadda zilch is what I got from Wayfair, which pretty much matches my rating of this product.
