Look good and work well

They grip well on food you want to turn over (better than metal tongs I have used) and do not scratch your pans. The silicon is not affected by heat.

Interesting Design, Not Sure It'll Earn It's Keep...Time Will Tell

So far, so good. Haven't yet used it for the specific reason I purchased it...picking up bacon frying in an expensive nonstick skillet, but the times I have grabbed it for other tasks it's performed well. Not sure the silicone grabbers are rigid and thin enough to slide under bacon that's sticking to a pan, but we'll see. The locking knob takes a bit of getting used to, but works fine so far. Not sure I like the "upstanding" bend in the handles; makes it hard to get a secure and strategic grip "automatically," and I don't favor cooking tools that I have to think about while I'm using them rather than them being intuitively designed. We'll see if it earns a permanent place in my utensil bin.

I bought these on recommendation from others who have told me that they last much much longer than other tongs. Remind me to come back in 12 months to give you an update.

Every once in a while someone invents something and we all say, "Why didn't anyone think of this before?" It's such an obvious way to keep tongs and countertops clean - having spoons and tongs like this. Very happy with our purchase.

Great design, solid construction and extra handy being able to open and close them with one hand.

Best tongs ever!

YOu can hang the tongs on the side of a pan etc They dont touch the counter. Comfortable to hold

They are OK, my main annoyance with them is I wanted them for use with an enamel pot, the metal part that is designed to rest the tongs on a bench, that bangs at the pot edges inside - NOT GOOD when you are trying to keep metal away from the edge of a pot. OK as a resting stand, although you still need somewhere to drip so may as well use normal tongs + a separate rest. Button to lock the tongs I suspect will not last years.

Been looking for this for years. So excited to finally get one. Not waiting for the next special occasion. Getting another one ASAP! Can't wait!

Happily resolved

I purchased some gifts for xmas but when the parcel arrived my Dreamfarm Clongs were missing ( husbands very important pressy) I was not looking forward to ringing and explaining my dilemma but after a lovely conversation with Everten my missing item was on its way and I was very happy. Now my husband has a brilliant pair of tongs to cook with and the old rusty ones he couldn't part with ??? are in the bin. Thank you for your great products and great customer service.

Great pair of tongs

The Dreamfarm Clongs are great to use. The little arches which keep them off the kitchen bench are a simple but effective addition to a pair of tongs and keeps my bench top clean. Only 4 stars because I find sometimes the button to open/close the tongs get stuck.

Look like a great

Look like a great idea, but in practical terms, not much chop. The red silicone on the blades is too thick, so these tongs reduce dexterity, making things difficult to pick up, which wouldn't be a problem were it not the only point of tongs. Another Red Dot winner, I think - so much for that.
