Look good and work well

They grip well on food you want to turn over (better than metal tongs I have used) and do not scratch your pans. The silicon is not affected by heat.

Interesting Design, Not Sure It'll Earn It's Keep...Time Will Tell

So far, so good. Haven't yet used it for the specific reason I purchased it...picking up bacon frying in an expensive nonstick skillet, but the times I have grabbed it for other tasks it's performed well. Not sure the silicone grabbers are rigid and thin enough to slide under bacon that's sticking to a pan, but we'll see. The locking knob takes a bit of getting used to, but works fine so far. Not sure I like the "upstanding" bend in the handles; makes it hard to get a secure and strategic grip "automatically," and I don't favor cooking tools that I have to think about while I'm using them rather than them being intuitively designed. We'll see if it earns a permanent place in my utensil bin.

I bought these on recommendation from others who have told me that they last much much longer than other tongs. Remind me to come back in 12 months to give you an update.

Every once in a while someone invents something and we all say, "Why didn't anyone think of this before?" It's such an obvious way to keep tongs and countertops clean - having spoons and tongs like this. Very happy with our purchase.

Great design, solid construction and extra handy being able to open and close them with one hand.
