I love these umbrellas, they last for many years even in the Southern California heat.Just purchased 2 new ones to replace the 8-9 year old ones that are still functional, but are fading and need to be replaced.Would be a 5 star review, but the lower half of the pole on one of the umbrellas is severely cracked.

As advertised. Easy to assemble. Same quality as the 10 y.o. pair being replaced.

Extremely poor quality

Overpriced garbage. Very disappointed with the quality of California Umbrellas. Very difficult and heavy to open and requires you to hold it open with one hand while attempting to insert a metal pin with the other. Wood pole arrived scratched and "used" looking. Metal connection between sections was so cheaply made that umbrella wobbles and leans with no way to tighten connection. For an over $* product, there are far better manufacturers out there. I returned mine immediately. Avoid.

It is very unstable at the brass connection not matter how tightly we screw it together. I text yesterday that I am returning for another without the connection and sturdier.. I plan to call tomorrow but will need help getting the right one. We live at the beach and it can get windy here..It is so unstable we had to use zip ties to keep it steady.

Color faded

It has not been a month since I ordered the umbrellas for outside seating at a restaurant. After two weeks the color has faded 7 shades . I would not recommend these umbrellas . I am very disappointed.

Don’t recommend

Not happy with this umbrella. I ordered two sets and both of the poles were wobbly inside the metal connector. Even when I tightened the screws the pole was still wobbly. The quality is not there and I would keep searching.

Very sturdy and qualitysharp looking. This umbrella had held its colorcrispness well so far we are one year in.

It's a beautiful looking umbrella but it's super hard to put up. You have to do it manually and I am strong but it's still quite difficult for me.

Don't waste your money! The bottom part of the pole already broke! I am so disappointed in this umbrella and would return, but already threw away the box. Will be ordering something different. California Umbrella has lost my business. I got aTropishade in a larger size that has the rope pulley that I love!

Changed to 5 stars, got new umbrella replacement. The color is perfect (terracotta) and complements our lounge cushions which are the discontinued color of Spectrum Grenadine. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that the bottom half of the umbrella pole was warped. I will change to 5 stars once Overstock corrects the issue

beautiful, but glad we saved our old pole to replace it as it didn't have a crank to put the umbrella up and down.

Pretty colors

Durable umbrellas. I purchased the teal color, and it is very pretty. The Sunbrella material is also very durable and not having the crank mechanist is a plus for my applications,

Poor quality product

Beware of this item. Cheap and flimsy. Main pole is warped and the coupling holding the upper pole to the lower pole is very weak and flimsy. The spreaders holding out the umbrella are also very warped. Very disappointed!
