Great pan

First off, I’m a fan of Nordic Ware. Sometimes a recipe calls for a 9 inch pan so that was my reason for getting it. It also came with the plastic lid for it. You can bake and then easily store. What’s not to love!

cooks very well

I really like the way it cooks. Food was delicious. It's also very easy to clean. It cleans very quickly. It still looks like new. The lid is an added bonus to keep food fresh.

Should have thrown non stick cookware away years ago

Love these Nordic ware pans. Throw away your non stick pans and get these now! I always thought I needed non stick to cook so we bought non stick but as we all know it is non stick for the first few uses and then it is never again really and they start looking gross or peeling no matter how you clean them. As long as you grease or oil the pan it is amazing. It cleans great and looks new with a little bar keeper friend and a blue scrub pad. Wish the lid was metal like the larger pan that they also sell that I recently bought. Only did one less star because I would prefer the metal lid as I am worried this plastic lid won't last as long or crack. It seems durable but we all know plastic won't last as well as metal.

Excellent pans with an added bonus

This is a solidly made aluminum pan (which provides even heating). But the addition of a lid is a great bonus that makes this the best cake pan that you can buy. Thanks to this great pan, I'll be bringing 'fresh out of the oven' brownies to an upcoming potluck!

Perfect for my brownies and square cakes homemade. I like the fact that it doesn't rust!!

Excellent pan

Nicest pan I've ever had for baking bars and brownies. Cooks evenly and the lid is terrific for covering items if they don't get eaten up in one sitting!

Love all my Nordic Ware pans. They clean up easy and are lifetime durable. I can pass these along to my sons one day for sure.

Great pan for Brownies!

I love this pan! It's perfect for brownies and storing cookies, etc. Everythingkitchens.com had the best pricing on the internet. I bought 3 to give as gifts for the holidays. I have one for myself and it holds up really well after a few years, still looks like new.

I have a number of 9x13 plans and was excited to see this covered 8x8 pan. You can't go wrong with Nortic ware.

Defective!

This pan with lid has the right features for my husband’s weekly batch of brownies — until he noticed the defect in the corner which means air can get into the pan even with the lid on… and perhaps even sugar ants this time of year. The concept is great and I would have given it five stars if it didn’t have such a flaw. HOW ABOUT A REPLACEMENT OR MY MONEY BACK?

Good thick pan. It came with a plastic lid and it fits nicely. I have not baked with it yet.
