These cake pans are heavy duty and do not dent or warp easily. We have used them at high temperatures and have not seen any warping at all. The thickness also helps brown the bottom and sides of cakes. The high sides are great for recipes that can bubble over like cobblers and deep dish pizzas.

Great for cakes! But also for Chicago deep-dish style pizzas. It's non-stick aluminum which is great because then you don't lose have your cake and also a pizza with slide right out of the pan.
