Absolutely love this rug! Very soft, doesn’t shed and the highlow pile shows up differently as the light moves throughout the day making it seem to have a variety of looks to it depending on the time. Had a few wrinkles that relaxed flat after a day or two. Highly recommend!

Loved this rug, we actually bought runners to match for our hall. The rugs are made well, love the design and they vacuum well. Very please with this purchase. Was concerned with the large one we bought as it comes rolled and people were saying the " curls " on ends were hard to keep down but I placed a few books on corners and a few days later my square rug was place on a hardwood floor centered and ready to be walked on, and not tripped over. We love it and love the design of the colors.

This was a strange order! I purchased THIS Makenna rug for a bed side. I received: a Safavieh Cyrus Shag, which looks identical to the one I ordered. So I guess it was a swap out - but initially it was confusing. I am not partial to "shag" (which it really isn't), but I LOVE this rug. It is the perfect thickness - feels very plush/soft on the feet. The colours are gorgeous - gold, medium grey, beige/tan/ivory and charcoal (not black). I'm not sure you would notice this as much on a larger rug (which would be lovely), but the colours are concentrated in areas. It creates a nice pattern, but as one review I read put it and I would agree, the beige/gold can at first glance look like a dirty area/spill. However every morning when my toes touch it - I am very pleased with this purchase.
