Damaged Filters

After waiting for to long for my filters to ship, I sent an email to find out what the issue was. A representative told me the filters I ordered were out of stock, but if I switched to another brand, he'd get them out same day. I agreed. When the filters arrived, they were all damaged, and the shipping box wasn't. Will never order from this company again.

For the second time, order took 2-3 weeks to ship. Filters arrived in a really flimsy corrugated box with thin household packing tape attempting to stay sealed. Largest filters were all bent at the corner but still usable. I'll be shopping elsewhere next time.

I couldn't find this size in other brands, this one fits perfectly. It doesn't squeeze and filters well.

Right size and reasonably priced.

This filter is 24 X 36, which is not a common size. It is Merv 11. It arrived on time and in good condition. I was happy with the price, as other companies were charging ridiculous prices for this filter. I’ll order from these people again.

Chad is the greatest

I ordered my filters not realizing that there is a difference between mine and normal filters, I have a 1inch lip that goes around it, so of course I ordered the wrong filters…… I messaged the company and got chad, who couldn’t have been nicer …. I took a photo of mine and then what was sent and he kindly explained I needed a different type of filter that he doesn’t sell. He helped me with the return process. After seeing how kind chad was I told my mom, who ordered from them as well as my friend. This company is the best, now if they would just sell my filters we would be set. Lol

Filter review

I was a little nervous about buying such a large filter online because other companies piece filters together leaving a 6” wide tape in the middle connecting them which disrupts the airflow. I was so happy to see the filters were not pieced together and good quality at a fair price.

The best filter.

This is the only filter I will use. It helps with allergies and dust doesn't seem to collect as fast. Highly recommended. Also, this company was great and filters arrived quickly.

No store in my town sells that size of filter. Live in a apartment complex. They supply the filters but they are cheap. The ones I bought from you guys have a better merv rating and much better quality then what we are given. They are a great filter and I would definitely buy from your company again.

It’s never been easier to help filter some of the common household allergens as it is with this filter! My family has been using this product for a long time and it has helped with my allergies a lot! It is a higher price, but the quality is worth it!

Very fine Product.

I was very pleased with this product. I ordered through Walmart.com because I no longer find the size filter locally. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and quality of the manufacturer response. I purchased a total of 90 filters in various sizes. (I have rentals and the filters are changed monthly). This product is a sturdier product than those I have been purchasing locally. This is my first experience of Ordering online for this product, I was apprehensive, but, all went very well and I will reorder when I need to replenish,

Perfect fit for my air cleaner!!

I've ordered this filter before and it is a perfect fit. Honeywell no longer makes a filter to fit my machine but this filter is just right. Hope they keep making it. In fact I better stock up!! Thanks!!

Not the right size

Had a Honeywell in before and this one is nowhere near the size of that. This one has to be balanced precariously into the slot. I will spend the extra couple bucks to get a Honeywell that actually fits next time. If you look at the picture I have attached you can see where the filter is supposed to fit.

I purchased a Geo Thermal Heat Pump, and these fit perfectly, and are a lot more affordable than buying them from my HVAC company. And they are the right fit. The ones recommended by the installer were a hair too small. These fill the gaps and are great.

it definitely filters out more air than our old fiberglass filters. Unfortunately the 14x14 size is messed up in Wayfair's computers and it actually ships you the 24x14 size. This has happened twice now. We've ended up just cutting the larger filters down to size and duct taping them.
