Quality is an F. I ordered 23 sets and Each pair on the white trim one was wider than the other so I had to match the wider ones in each set for them to look right. They definitely should have made the tiers like they made the valance with the white part being full length behind like they did the valance. Not sure if I’m keeping them or not yet. I only needed the tiers so I have no use for the valances. but with the 40% off I got it doesn’t really matter, cheap price for a pretty cheap product.
