The bed was delivered early which was great. My granddaughter absolutely loves the bed. It took 4 hours to put together. The bed quality is great.

beautiful bed

this bed waa bought for my 6 year old daughter..its beautiful but i worry about the materail support.. in my opinion for the price, the supporting rails for the bed shoud be made from sturdy wood and not the thin pieces of wood used.

Small space. Looks great and Functions.

Solid materials. Very well made. Looks nice and gives so much place for storage if you have a spall room like I do. It is high though which took a sec to get used to and we have to get a step for my little dog. The two drawers on the bedside are very deep so I recommend some organizers to utilize the deep space.

Looks beautiful but not great quality

Higher platform than I expected, makes noises when tossing. Also as soon as we assembled we opened and closed a drawer and a small wood chipped. Not very happy with the quality. Looks are good but the quality is not that great.

Great Purchase

I actually have this bed through value city furniture and it’s wonderful. It holds all my clothes, cost the same, sturdy, and I love it. I damaged my bed by pushing in the bigger storage on the sides incorrectly but this is over the years. If you aren’t careful you can damage the tracks to it.

Awful finished, the big drawer doesn't work anymore, due to the part that goes attached to the drawer support rail is made by plastic and that is broken.

Horrible customer service experience

I placed my order in September, in the middle of October I had not heard back from HomeSquare with a delivery date. I called, apparently my order was lost. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with homesquare and the third party warehouse they contract with. I was finally able to speak with a competent person after I had to conference call Homesquare with their 3rd party warehouse since I was told they cannot call them. I was finally able to get my furniture delivered in November. I took the day off from work and upon delivery, the third party delivery company said my delivery is scheduled as a "threshold" which means they drop the boxes at the front of my house when I paid for white glove. After I called the warehouse I was told that is not what they see after I sent the email then I was told I need to call Homesquare to get this taken care of. I currently have 5 boxes sitting in my garage and I am cringing just thinking about having to call Homesquare again to get someone out here to provide the services I paid for. I would NOT recommend buying from Homesquare , this was my first experience and will be my last!!! Less

The bed arrived in 4 boxes and all arrived The delivery was difficult as was suppose to arrive 12-4 one day and no delivery or communication. Then the next day delivery 1-4. I received a call 5:15 saying they would be there in 10 min. I’m glad it arrived but would have appreciated more communication.
