worst product and shipping

Do not buy anythinf from Acme Furniture. I ordered this item the shipment was left on porch in complete shambles. All boxes were open. Obviously the packing is poorly executed amd it appears it was dripped several times during transit. The pieces in the box were just that in PIECES and it is primarily particle board. Made in Vietnam/China. Buy from a reputable furniture dealer like Hoot Judkins. Made in USA and all solid wood with delivery and assembly

Not worth the money

The quality of this bed was not as good as we had hoped. It came with NO directions on how to put together. In addition there were chips and nics in the bed when it arrived. At this price we were expecting better quality.

So many things wrong

Picture looks like a white bed but it is actually pretty shimmery silver color. But I was expecting white so it was a bit of a surprise. I realize the description says "platinum" but the description also says "upholstered" which it is clearly not and further on down in the spec it says the color is chrome which it also is not. So i didn't know what to believe and just went with what the picture looked like. Now to the second issue. The bed slats..... Only 3 of them actually get screwed in to the frame which is not enough, they WILL move around and the WILL collapse below the frame. So i ended up screwing them all into the frame within 3 days of getting the bed. Then within 1 week of getting the bed the small piece of wood that is screwed to the rails that you actually screw the slats to came off of the rail. The couple screws that were holding it in popped out under the weight. They weren't imbedded in the rail enough to be able to support that kind of weight. This is something that comes pre-installed from the factory. I tried to put in new longer screws to re-attach it but the first time i sat down on the bed (very gingerly) the thing collapsed again. The wood was just wrecked. This bed is so cheaply made.

Only three of the slats get screwed into the bed frame. The first night, we found the slats that were not secured kept moving and falling, so we chose to drill holes and screw every one of them in to make them secure. Within 2 weeks, the wood snapped, and the mattress sunk in. The slats are definitely not strong enough to hold a mattress and two people, especially not a king. There is just not enough support.

It is a nice looking bed, the drawers in the headboard but small and actually there are more drawers than it looks like so that was a nice bonus. The slats of the bed are short and fall off when you move around in bed. Will have to replace the slats with something sturdier. Otherwise it’s great!

DO NOT BUY - HORRIBLE PACKING AND COMES DAMAGED

This bed is so cute, so this was such a disappointment. Multiple parts of the bed were damaged during delivery. The boxes were damaged and you could hear things rattling around inside which means it wasn't packed well to begin with. Most of the bed appears to be solid wood, but there's particle board built in as well. The top drawers the pull out just barely pull out, they would basically be useless. This was such a disappointment.

The frame itself is worth 5 stars. It's beautiful and the storage is amazing. However, 2 stars must be deducted for the very flimsy support slats that came with it. After one night of restless sleep, my husband had to remove the given slats and construct his own with 1x6's and 2x4's.

Has potential, but mines was damaged

So I want to love this bed so much, but it has disappointed me so far. A multiple pieced had been damaged in transit, cracks dents and holes. It also did not come with instructions, and it is very noisy when laying on it. We had to reinforce one part of the bed with screws because it had come apart. thankfully on the side of the bed you dont see. It makes me so upset because this bed was not cheap, and I waited a long time for it to arrive. With everything going on right now I feel it is going to take forever to get replacement parts. Also, my husband can feel the support bar through our matress so we will still need to spend more money on a small box spring. This bed had so much potential. I love how nice it looks (aside from the damage parts) The draws are beautiful, however one has a loose screw and is not usable. Also, we have a king matress and there is so much space at the foot of the beed, like 4 inches. I measured the room before ordering so I'm not sure why there is all the extra room. There shouldn't have been.

Good bed for the price but cheap fixtures

Tons of storage and the drawers are really convenient but must be diligent about keeping clean and organized.

Louis Philippe III bed makes me feel like Royalty!

This bed is even more beautiful and serviceable than it looks online. The workmanship is excellent and the bed is well worth the price. Having the extra storage was very important to me and I believe anyone would enjoy this too. I highly recommend this Bed with Storage.

Nursery perfection

LOVE LOVE LOVE this dresser. It is so durable and came put together. My husband wasn’t even mad I ordered something new because it didn’t come in a million pieces. Completed our nursery perfectly.

Beautiful, inexpensive, but lacks storage capacity

This is a beautiful piece. Our daughters love it. I believe it will suit our needs.

the bed frame was easy to assemble, it took me a total of about 35 minutes after unpacking, it was heavy but only because it made of real wood, not that pressed particle board. we did not use a spring box because we did not want the bed to high. so we added a few more screws and support legs to the slats. it looks really beautiful.

First off the dresser is pretty. Just remember how much you paid for it. You get what you paid for it. It is not very sturdy. It was completely assembled but would have been better if it wasn't. The back right corner is destroyed. I will have to use wood fill to fix this problem and reshape and try to paint it.

My mom needed a new Bed for her room but cant handle the experience of shopping in big furniture showrooms. We decided to shop for her new Bed online and came across 1StopBedroom. I am so happy that we did. She found the Louis Philippe Iii and fell in love with this piece. It arrived quickly and is absolutely lovely. Great experience.

Poor quality, Damage and cheap

Just received the Louise Philippe III dresser and is damage. Have one broken drawer and one corner is completely broken. Dresser looks nice but is poor quality and cheap. I tried to contact customer service and after 45 minutes they can't do anything do to my method of payment. Now I'm stuck with it and probably is going to the garbage. Don't waste your money on this item. I will not recommend this item to anyone.
