We love the spill proof food bowl - we actually ended up getting two because the square water bowl wasn't the best fit for our pup (it was hard to clean and she's a drooler!). I wish I could give this bowl a 4.8 instead of a 5 because it is almost perfect. I just wish there was an option for bowls to be elevated vs having to sit on the ground. We like to elevate our bowls for our Great Dane, so we retrofitted the bowls so that they can be elevated and don't slide off the bracket. Our solution was to use JB Weld to put add some metal to the top of the bowl bracket so that it won't slide down from the wall mount. It works, but it would be great to have an elevated bowl option from Active Dogs that didn't need to be retrofitted. It would also be great to have a version of the bracket that works for kennels with round vertical bars like ours.

Brought both of these for my husband's semi. There was an issue with the first water bowl. One of the seams leaked. Contacted them, they were very responsive and sent a replacement. Very pleased with the purchase.. and customer service..

We recently purchased the spill proof dog water container. It mounts easily and can be quickly inspected for cleanliness and fill level! We have issues with our dog chewing and spilling their feed container but not this one! Love it!

Very durable

This water dish is what we needed for our 44lb Carolina dog. She has destroyed all other dishes that have been mounted in her kennel. I had to mount the bracket with different hardware so it couldn't be pulled off the frame. So far it is exactly what I need.

Generally I like the product, but the finishing could be better. There is a sharp edge on inner lip in places and on some of the "diamonds" on top. Even I snagged some skin on my finger as I was inspecting. A way to lock in place so the bowl could be hung on a wall, instead of having to rest on floor. For the amount of money (nearly $100 w/shipping) that should be expected. I'd grade it a B, could be an A with some extra care.

Best Spill Proof Bowl Ever!!!

My boy Sirius was 5 months old the first time he destroyed his first Buddy Bowl. I knew then that I was going to need something else that would hold up to his chewing. I found this bowl and haven't had any problems with it since I received it. All of my German Shepherds love it. I have a new puppy that has since dismantled and destroyed two other Buddy Bowls, so I am ordering another one of these bowls for him. I would recommend these bowls to anyone that needs a bowl in a vehicle or destroys other "spill proof" bowls.

Perfect fit

Sirus is my Service Dog and he travels with me everywhere, even when traveling by motorcycle, but there was a water bowl issue. Sirus would tip his water bowl while traveling and end up thirsty an his vest and leash would be wet! This water bowl fit perfectly in the area I allocated for storage in his trailer, it holds more than enough water for him in between stops, and it cannot spill!
