The table is pathetic, the product is such made that no cup or coffee or any light weight things can also be placed as it is rod/ pedestal is shaking & imbalance , it’s not getting properly screw with bottom. And after that Ouch Cart is not even answering the calls & resolving the issue … pls don’t buy anything from OUCH CART ..

I have already written to you for refund.. My first experience with Ouch and so disappointing. Seeing your advertisements makes me wonder how you could send an item like this. Sorry! If I was in your place, would have tried to do the damage control instead offering a paint spray as you have done in response to my complaint.

I am happy with my purchase. It arrived as scheduled and properly packed. It is well crafted with a unique style n design. I may go in for one more piece. It is also a good product to be gifted.

It was a bad experience. I had requested, in my subsequent message, to change the color from blue to rosewood but nothing happened. When the shipment came, it was blue with one leg with rosewood color😭
