Great ottoman
This ottoman is great. I purchased the dark gray and the black faux leather. The dark gray is really a blue gray (as it looks online). Both were great choices!

I need the highest ottoman and this is described as 19.13 inches height but is actually 18 inches….

Exactly what we wanted!
It's exactly what we wanted - sturdy enough to sit on, flat enough to sit food and drinks on without spilling, and so pretty!! We love it!

I ordered 2 of the ottomans. One of them came with minor scratches on the top removable part that made the black faux leather appear white. I could tell that over time the scratches would start to peel and I reported it as damaged and ask for a replacement. That was two weeks ago. Wayfair has sent me daily emails saying they are sorry the manufacturer has not responded to my issue and Wayfair would now be handling the issue. They included a part about what to look for in email and ask if I was still interested in the replacement. I responded yes and they continue to send me the same email day after day with no further action taking place. I have to say I have used Wayfair frequently over the years and have never encountered this situation before. It's very disappointing. I will be rethinking my future purchases. I have a feeling this is going to turn into a lengthy involved mess.

Good item, be prepared to invest in floor protecto
I bought 4 of these. One had different feet than the other three. I had to invest in high quality floor glides to protect my wood floors and make them easy to push about. Still, I'd buy them again.
The quality of the stools is great. The texture and color are perfect. They are heavy so they stay in place. Having the extra storage is a plus.

I really like this ottoman. It has a heavy weight to it that feels "substantial." There's ample storage space inside for children's or dog toys or maybe 1-2 throw blankets. I would love to have a second and wish it was in stock again. Would buy again.
