Gorgeous set - cushions seem understuffed

The craftsmanship of the set in general, woodwork, and fabric I am overjoyed with. I am disappointed by the cushions for the sofa and cream chair. I sat on it one time and sank so far into it, that it left wrinkles in the cushion. I’m a petite 5’3”, 135 pounds. I would hope the cushions would stand up to my weight and more as my fiancé is much bigger than me. The fabric and accent pillows are more beautiful than the photo from your website represents. My issue is that I hope to have this furniture for several years to come (no children, no pets). Please advise what will be done to correct this or when it can be picked up for return and refund.
