Needs slow close mechanism

I have 2 stars because I really enjoy the appearance of the item and it appears to be constructed with quality materials. However, the safety aspect of the design is not up to par for me. It feels like a mouse trap the size of a human hand. Unfortunately, I have accidentally caught my fingers in the laptop device elevation feature multiple times. It could really benefit from a slow close mechanism.

It’s a junky plastic knob adjusting desk. And it’s warped. Cannot sit flat. Put your money toward a different one

Poor quality.

This product is not made well. The drawer is glued and has tiny nails crooked and fell apart soon after opening. It has a metal piece beneath to hold the laptop up and that doesn’t fit well. For the price I am unhappy with it but was too busy to return it. I’m disappointed with the purchase.

Good if you want to work flat

It’s sturdy and easy to assemble. The only issue is the wire meant to hold the slop is almost a bit too big for the slots, so it’s a bit unsteady.

Falls apart, cracked, awful quality

The wood is split and they still sold it that way and tried to cover it with a bad glob of glue… draw gets stuck and wont pull out. Overall bad quality wood. Tightener fell off. Definitely feels like a good find at goodwill but otherwise terrible money spent anywhere else. They definitely lied on their msrp… not worth 100$ not even the 30$ i spent “on sale”. This is a vendor not target itself remember so these things can be swayed. And they can sell crappy items. I know better now not to buy from them.

Good for college students/working from home.

Overall I like this bed tray and do see myself putting it to use. The only couple issues are 1, it scratches very easily. I don’t use it too often and it’s already 10% scratched, but I also don’t mind whether or not it has scratches. 2, it came with one of the wooden legs split because the screw was done too tightly. A little bit of wood glue and some rubber bands fixed it up though. 3, I am a little worried about how long it will last. It does feel sturdy, but I am worried it may crack if I accidentally drop it.

Tiny bugs

The tray came with some dust on it that at first I thought was from being sanded. I wiped it down and it looked greenish. Weird but ok...then when I looked closer it had two bugs crawling on it (one the size of 1/4 of an ant and another even tinier). Sprayed it with bug spray but didnt feel good about the tiny bugs so threw it out.

Finally! An excuse to not get up early!

This is just what I needed... now I can browse the internet without having to leave my nice warm bed! And that's not all. I can leave the top down to use it for my DVD player and make a day (or night) of it! Now... if I can just get my coffee maker set up on the nightstand... : )

Great for recovery in bed!

I bought this for my mom recovering from neck surgery and was bedridden for weeks. She loves the adjustability of the table so she could still work from home while recovery.
