Great pair of barstools

These are the greatest complement for my island. Love the bright orange color, matches perfectly with my kitchen. The assembly time was within minutes for each barstool and effortless. The different height level is adjust to different body sizes, so there is no problem to sit anyone on it. My only concern was the foot rest, I hope is durable.

Love this Gray Fabric adjustable Barstool

I really like this new barstool, I only needed one for my little coffee nook. I can now read, work, eat breakfast or a meal in this little nook, it's comfortable and it adjusts so I can sit high at the counter and work/eat and then put it low for my senior active cat to jump up to eat his food at all times during the day, where the dog cannot reach it. I got the light gray fabric and was mulling over the bright orange vinyl, which is so cool, I say go for it. Modern and sophisticated and also retro in Orange. I plan to move again soon and if I do I will either purchase additional gray fabric ones for my island or I will go for the vinyl in bright Orange. I also like the silver base as well. You won't be disappointed.

I love the color of this chair. It’s true to the picture depicted. It was a little strong for the male cousin who had me order it! You have to seriously like the bright vibrant color if you want it! I made him keep it for seating in his kitchen so a guest could relax while he prepare food (or if his girlfriend is cooking). 🤭

Bar stools were better than expected. Well made, very attractive and easy to assemble! They swivel smoothly and the height adjustment is very ample as well. I would highly recommend them. It is one of the best purchases I have made for my remodel.

Saved My Back

I recently was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. I do a lot of standing when I am cooking (which I enjoy). We have a tiled kitchen floor and added a mat for comfort about four years ago. However, after standing about an hour I have difficulty moving. I ordered this chair precisely because it has a back. I have much less pain an tension in my back now that I am using this chair. It's very comfortable.

Do not recommend this item

I am a Long time, loyal Overstock customer. The stools arrived in a black matte finish as opposed to black chrome. Up/down mechanism did not function smoothly. Of the 3 stools ordered, one mechanism barely functioned at all. While the stools were easy to assemble ( except one screw was missing), they were extremely difficult to disassemble and repackage for return. I was then charged approximately the cost of one stool to return the 3.

Having just received three of these stools, I can't comment on how they hold up over time but first impressions are excellent. Putting them together was a breeze even for an old man with gnarled hands. Each piece of the stool seemed substantial, well made, and heavy duty. Once assembled, the stools worked perfectly. The seats and backs were comfortable. I give this product 100% favorable review.

Love the color and look, not that comfortable

The chairs were the look and color I was going for. I love the back support, but honestly the seating is not that comfortable since there is very little padding. I wish that it was a bit more cushiony. It serves its purpose though. The foot rest isn't that comfortable either, I wish the corners were more curved. Other than that, the swivel and adjustable options make these stools versatile.

You Will Regret Purchase

Hey you get what you pay for...a tired saying, however tried and true. The bar stools are cheap; the quality poor. The seats are small and snug, the foot rest digs into your feet and the chairs tip. Are you sure these are for adults? Or perhaps are you partial to the super skinny? Plus, Overstock claims that returns are a simple process....uh no it is not. I'm quite angry that I may be stuck with these unsafe, ugly bar stools. Also the Grey Fabric is not as light like shown in the picture. My advice...don't buy anything from Overstock. Try to buy things that are sold from places that have both online and a physical store so you can return if needed.

Can't rate these because I refused the package to get the black ones but will rate them very comfortably made. Great job. Solid chairs. even have a footrest which I love. Thanks for inventing these. I gave them a five for the meantime. I hope they last me a long time. I changed my mind to the black ones because black is a good way to match whatever decor I decide to change in the future. I don't call black a color because black is the absence of color. To me, black is a shade, not a color. But I love it cause goes with anything you change your mind when decorating your kitchen over and over. Thanks yall. Everyone be safe and blessed in this era. We love these chairs. I have three of them as counter stools for my kitchen peninsula, and what I love most is that they are height adjustable, so we can raise them and use them as stools for our bar. I got the grey color to go with my decor, and liked them so much, I purchased an additional chair for my craft room. My craft table is bar height, so it's nice to be able to sit down when I'm working on crafts. The chairs don't have a lot of padding on them, and I was worried about that when I originally put them together. But after having them for almost two years, I don't find them uncomfortable to sit in at all. I would definitely purchase these chairs again.

This bar/pub stool looks just like the picture -- clean lines and comfortable. It was very easy to put together with the included Allen wrench. We were enjoying it within 10 minutes. We chose gray to blend in with our remodeled eating area and bar counter. This was the only stool high enough and adjustable for the counter height. The only concern my husband has is the chair lowers itself about 1" when he sits on it. That may be because he's 6'2" but it doesn't lower when I sit on it. The height mechanism works well. We found the footrest works fine for us. Overall we like them.
