After unpacking, realized 2 screws missing, cannot assemble as this is the 1st assembly step. Customer service is trying to fix this problem. If all goes well with Customer service I will be satisfied. But this is quite the inconvenience having all these lamp parts laying on my living room floor.

Loved this lamp! Only issue I had is that it scratches easily when putting together. Was a bit of a struggle putting together. Overall super adorable once up!
