Love our new furniture. We got the crib and dresser and both are in excellent condition. The crib is super easy to assemble and the dresser comes in one piece. Make sure you have two people who can move the furniture it’s pretty heavy. Also I would suggest to buy it in the store and not online. I ordered it first online and not everything could get delivered and it ended up being canceled. In the store they could help me right away and even had some pieces in stock.

The quality of this item is cheap and pathetic; it’s light weight don’t waste your money… 3rd time it came damage again and it’s sad that the product is made horrible… I have had people buy from buy buy baby have had no issues but that was 4 years ago; but now it’s horrible

Absolutely GORGEOUS! But, have issues.

I absolutely love the crib. It’s gorgeous!! & Worth it. But, I do have an issue with the crib. The Screw Plug that helps screw in the screw popped out of the socket. I noticed the nail that’s suppose to go through the screw plug and hold it down is beside the screw plug not through it. I checked the other screw plugs and they’re just fine. This was definitely the manufacturers fault. I’ve tried calling the company to see about possibly receiving a new crib or possibly just the footboard of the crib & all I get is a voicemail. It’s frustrating and annoying I’m due next month and my crib is done but, not completely done. I can’t return or exchange it neither due to I threw the box away on trash day and then set it up two days after to find this issue. Highly recommend, but just look out for manufacturing errors!

Would Not Recommend

I received this crib as a gift from my mother-in-law and immediately fell in love with the style and color. Several months later, I was extremely disappointed by the yellow spots that appeared on the headboard. I can't stop looking at the yellow stains when I walk into my son's room.

Nice bookshelf, arrived with chip in front

It's a lot bigger than we thought it was going to be. It came with a decent sized chip/gash right in the front. Buy Buy Baby was great to work with! It is currently on back order until July, but they said they will send us a new one. Hopefully it comes undamaged.

crib was easy to build. Not heavy to move. Chiferobe is beautiful as in store. Perfect for our baby’s room

Poor Quality- So disappointed!

The quality of this set is extremely poor. Not only did it take 3 extra months to come in (We ordered it May 15, were told it would be in late June, and didn’t receive it until the end of Sept—not Buy Buy Baby’s fault, the manufacturer was extremely backed up) but once I received it, I was very disappointed. I'll just list some of the issues... not solid wood, coloring is off between the pieces, the stain is missing in some areas, the wood is splintering around the handle on the tall dresser, there is a large line (scratch) going down the crib, the dresser is chipped on the front., stain is wearing away in multiple spots.. I can go on and on!! Also, it took a long time to air out the smell (stain/poly smell) It's a shame because it is such a cute design and goes perfect with my son's nursery theme! I was hoping this would last for years, being that I also ordered the toddler rails and full size bed conversion kit, but I doubt it will. After being told that this is a higher quality manufacturer, I am very disappointed! After finally being able to set up my son’s room (two weeks after he was born!) I was just happy to have the furniture at that point. I just dealt with the fact that there were flaws because I did not want to have to order another set and wait another however many months. But, now the stain is wearing off in so many spots and I am so upset I felt as if I needed to write a review and hopefully save someone from the same disappointment I am feeling right now. Just so frustrating!! We will be lucky if this set even lasts us a year!! I have already tried contacting the manufacturer and never heard anything back.

beautiful! just what I wanted!

Exactly like the photos. It was worth the wait of special ordering in the store. All came in within 5 weeks. Drawers are very heavy and crib was easy to put together for my husband. The crib does scratch flooring (we have hardwood in the nursery as you can see in the photos). If you plan on moving the crib around, place felt down because it does not have it like the drawers do. The only semi issue I have is that the changing topper has some weird texture with how they made it.
