When my husband went to pick up the item from the store, he contacted the service desk for someone to bring it out. He sat there for 20 min and no one came out. He had to go in and carry it himself. That is NOT what service is all about. The rack itself is exactly as described and will hold up well.

This shelving unit will serve my purpose but it will be in a closet. If it would be visible then I would probably have returned it. The finish was disapointing and one shelf was slightly bent. I'm sure I could have had the shelf repaced but it wasn't worth the effort. The quality was not as high as similar shelving I have bought, but I also paid about one third the price than I paid for others.
