My old podium was wood and had no wheels. If I tried to move it, it either fell over or caused me to sprain my back trying to move it. This podium is sleek and slender. I recommend to any one who likes to have a podium when presenting.

This podium/stand was perfect for my in home video program. I like the hidden ledge behind the front panel. Im able to place a cip of water, eyeglasses and napkins if needed. It is very sturdy. I love that it is on wheels, makes it easy to roll away from room to room. I'm happy with this stand.

Great Features

This was quite easy to put together. The wood is nice looking (except for the couple of scratches mine had due to the inner packaging being crushed). It is sturdy and rolls very easily (on a tile floor). Works very well for what I wanted.

Cannot adjust height without a Allan Key

This is disappointing. Purchased it so that if someone in a wheelchair etc. was to come to podium we could easily adjust the height. Not the case.

Wish it was easier to adjust the height as right now it requires unscrewing otherwise it works just fine

I like everything about the

I like everything about the podium . . . EXCEPT the wheels. The brakes are ineffective and difficult to work with the toe of a shoe. Even when I engage the brakes (usually by bending down and using my hands) the podium is still easy to roll around. I'm considering going to the hardware store and just buying better wheels.
