Didn't help. The design could be improved to for those with thoracic back pain. The lumbar part should be more like a McKenzie roll then a second roll should go to your mid back.

I love this back support
I love this back support so much! I have it in my car, my office chair, and sleep on one! This straightens my shoulders, stops numbness in my fingers, and helps my neck to not fall forward which reduces neck pain. Thank you!

This thing is perfect. Perfect antidote to the way car seats push my shoulders forward at the sides. This supports my upper back without forcing my shoulders forward. I love it.
