Like the closet, but too hard for this DIYr

Not enough attention to detail.

Hangers will fall off the sides because there are no hard stops. If you don’t put a lot of clothes on it you\'re good. Also the braces for the shelves stick out a little past the shelf and hurt if your arm hits them. The plastic the holds the clothes bar wants to pop out and not stay in place.

Good product but the come with missing parts.

I bought this closet system to go into an alcove, it went up fairly easy although I did have to check the instructions a few times. I am very happy with the quality and how it looks.

Perfect organiser!

Couple components were missing but fortunately I had ordered 2 so was able to use one complete. Perfect organisation for my wardrobe space about £250 for similar in Ikea!

Sturdy/quality steel and parts

Purchased the 184cm length to fit into sliding wardrobe space of 200cm and whilst not often I shout about products - this I was really pleased with. Sturdy steel wire shelves (thick), all the parts in box with some to spare. 2 generous lengths of hanging rail (one is extending so 3 really). Looks neat and tidied up space with plenty of spare room now organised. A great product at a price that surprises me for what this is. Top tip is measure your space envisage how you want your shelves - might save you drilling more holes than needed. I put 5 screws and raw plugs in the ‘track’ for assurance. The screws are good length but you are supplied with wall plugs which are unlikely suitable in the UK so you will need to get some cheap raw plugs to fit the screws (I think I used drill bit 8). Remember you don’t need to drill as deep for the uprights as they sit a cm out from the wall.

Easy to install and so efficient on space. It really is a huge difference, and easier to stay organized.

Great storage system

Really pleased with the product. The flexibility of ways you can put it together is really useful. I would have loved it had more picture setup suggestions. It was quite hard work to put together in my own would recommend 2 person install, but it is doable alone. Shelves seem durable. It has really improved storage in my utility room.

Easy Storage:

Overall its easy to build and use, i just wish you got more vertical rails in the box, i ended up buying two sets to allow for thr configuration we wanted. Its good for walk in wardobes or if you want to add sliding wardrobes to a room, it could easily be used for the interior shelves etc.Used them in our spare room, would recommend.Seems very stromg as well, but you will need to purchase strong wall plugs for the wall type you have.

Easy to install and can be re-arranged with compromises

Ideally you'd install as per the standard layout, for me this was not feasible but got a good outcome. No missing parts and I'd buy again.

Nice and sturdy...

Nice and sturdy construction, easy to assemble, but the rails that attach to the wall should be longer. Also, it would be nice to have a slightly longer shelf. Overall, great for the price!

Sleek and strong looks great.

We bought one for our spare room to hold my clothes which it does really well, we were so impressed my daughter bought one too. Really easy to put up the second time only took 30 mins.

Needs design improvements

Overall this system is fine, but there are some safety concerns as well as some odd choices in shipping. This comes with two 3 foot shelves, which if you space out your racks at 2 feet apart leaves these three foot shelves without end brackets to anchor them. I had to order two of these to get multiple 2' shelves to make up for the 3' shelves that I found unusable. The safety concern is that there are no end caps for the shelving brackets so they just kind of stick out of the shelves, just waiting to poke an eyeball out.

Very effective storage solution

I purchased 2 of these for my new home as I needed significant storage space and didn’t have any wardrobes. These are easy to adjust into the soaces specified and fit neatly into my alcoves. If you take the time to plug the walls properly (I used longer screws than than ones provided) this will I’ll hold up nicely. Not bad for the price.

We purchased several ClosetMaid systems but had an Amazon gift card, so we thought we would try this.Pros - Instructions are easy to follow, arrived quickly with all pieces as described. Fits a tiny closet as described (closet 3.5ft pictured).Cons -- Wire shelves are very flimsy and will bend under pressure. It makes me nervous to really load them up the same way I do our other closet systems.- If I did not have the hardware from our more expensive closest systems, I would not have felt comfortable installing this AT ALL. I had a lot of leftover sturdy bolts, screws and metal drywall anchors that I used ALL OVER because I just really don't trust the construction. The drywall anchors included are plastic and self-drilling, which typically are not good for your wall nor do they hold a lot of weight.- the gray color looks really cheap - I ordered it by accident but went with it. I would recommend white - also that way you can replace the wire shelves with sections from Home Depot or Lowes.As the picture shows, it is holding up just fine, but I'm not sure that would be the case without all the extra hardware.Recommended tools - impact driver, drill, grinder (to cut metal if needed), better drywall anchors and screws, level, stud finder

Good quality

This shelf is of good quality and easy to install. My husband only took a while to install it, and after installation, the storage space became larger, allowing for more detailed classification. I really like it!

Really versatile system

Extremely versatile system that can be configured as you want it. Fits spaces up to 1.8m wide. As long as you have a spirit level, fitting this shouldn't be much of an issue.
