Firm, but very comfortable pillow. Just the right depth for side sleepers. Love that it is hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant.

After much research, I chose my Wooly Washable pillow. I wish I could give it a better review, but I am unhappy with it. It compacted down quickly and is hard. There is little or no give to it. and hurts my head and ears.

I've only slept on it one night, but already will take advantage of being able to configure the how firm or soft I'd like. My eyes were still a little itchy but I didn't sneeze all night and I just felt safer knowing what I was sleeping on. Great to still be able to wash it and I'm looking forward to having a nice durable pillow.

I waited a couple months to review. This is straight up the best pillow I have EVER owned. Easily fluffed up and holds its shape beautifully. I bought the first to test. Will be replacing all of my bed pillows with this. Beautifully constructed.

Adjustable equals greater comfort!

I ordered this as an alternative to the My Pillow I had been using, which made me sweat a LOT in the summer heat. I chose this one specifically because it IS adjustable. My very first wool filled pillow I bought some years ago was very full and Not comfortable. I had to use a seam ripper to open one end, pull out some wool, fluff the rest, and sew it back up. A lot of of work! But THIS one has a zippered end: open, remove or add wool, fluff rest of wool and zip closed. Simple. The pillow itself is made of tightly woven fabric. I have not seen any individual hairs working their way out thru the weave. And then there is an additional quilted, zippered cover on top of that which offers additional layer of protection. I've been using this pillow full time for over a year, and it's great! I can fluff it up, almost like a down pillow. But THIS pillow won't compress into flat mats like down does. When you first get this pillow, I recommend laying on it first, see how it feels. It was much too full for me. So I removed a few handfuls of wool (enough to not quite fill a 1 gallon Ziploc bag), then fluffed and redistributed the rest (you HAVE to do this part or the pillow will have a big empty area on one end). And you can always add some wool back later if you need to. You do need to open the pillow and fluff the wool every so often as it sometimes will bunch together in an area, plus it helps the little fluffy wool balls to maintain their fluff and springiness so they can better support your head. Other than that, no maintenance other than washing the quilted cover when it needs it. LOVE it!

Well, the pillow is much fuller than I am use to, but am hesitant to take any wool out yet. But it is good.

I recommend this pillow. It is the best pillow I have ever had. I have two other allergy type pillows however they're not as comfortable and they are not as effective as this pillow. I wake up in the morning feeling rested and I have much less congestion. It is easy to fluff-up. Just push on the sides. And it is ready to go. There is no odour to this pillow. I appreciate the fact that it is washable. Due to our official allergy to dust mites this pillow is the best choice. We have switched to wool comforters and moved on from feathers. Less dust mites less allergy.

The Sleep and Beyond Wooly Pillow is a well made pillow. The wool is in an enclosed zipper case that you can adjust to your preference. It has a nice cotton wool filled case on top of the inner case. This is a comfortable pillow. It is not hot and has no smell for some people who are wondering about that. I have sensitivities to almost everything and this pillow does not bother me at all. Thankyou

Have severe fibromyalgia pain in neck and shoulders so this pillow being adjustable is the best thing ever. Sleeping better with this pillow.

When I recently discovered that I am allergic to 23 allergens (most notably dust mites) I had to completely modify my environment. This included buying a new latex bed, organic wool and cotton bedding, an air purifier, and various other necessities. I purchased two My Whooly pillow upon the recommendation of Mike (who is very knowledgeable about all of the Allergy Store items) and I could not be more pleased! This pillows smell amazing and are made extremely well! I only wish that I had purchased these sooner..

So Comfortable!

Finally used the My Woolly Pillow. I had to remove some of the stuffing to get my desired firmness which is a great feature. One pillow that does it all. Super comfy and stays in shape. Highly recommend it.
