The price has doubled since I purchased the same unit some years ago for our first RV, but thankfully, the function and quality are the same. It makes changing a dinette table to a bed so much easier and more efficient than the set up that comes standard in our trailer.

Excellent Pedestal with Multi-Height capability.

The Pedestal is used to turn an RV Table into a Bed. There are two holding straps and the Pedestal can be as low as 13 inches and as high as 23.5 inches...and anywhere in-between (as you set the holding straps at any height you need, between 13 and 23.5 inches). It is solid and well built and works perfectly. Also the table is very sturdy when both holding straps are engaged. Walmart's price was the lowest I found on the Internet; however, it is an expensive item. I am very pleased with my purchase and the install was quick and easy.

1 year in, having a lot of problems for a $500+ pedestal

This pedestal is pretty wobbly unless the locks are latched tight. I was disappointed in that at first, especially considering the price point, but figured I could live with it. it's just annoying because we need the table to swivel to get in and out of the dining area, but it droops and isn't stable until you lock it. Not the end of the world, but annoying nonetheless.

Our old trailer had this pedestal and it worked great. Our new trailer’s table only had up or down which was hard to use so I replaced it with this gas pedestal. It works great and it’s adjustable for different heights.

I needed a pedestal for the table in our Lance Travel Trailer Model 2285. The original pedestal worked but the table was always wobbly and the post its self was difficult to remove when we wanted to convert the dinette area into a bed by taking off the table top, removing the pedestal then sliding the table into a lower position for the bed application.

Was exactly what I was looking for.

I used this pedestal to finish a project I started last year. I searched the internet and found this site. Reasonable prices, well-made, sturdy and easy to use.

As advertised, nicely built

I needed to replace the original table pedestal on my boat, which wore out after 15 years. I chose this model because it was from the same manufacturer as the original pedestal (Springfield). I wish it went about 1-2" higher but I was able to make this work. Pretty happy with outcome.

Telescoping Table Stand

We used this in our RV to replace the pole legs used typically for dinning tables. This allows the table to be raised and lowered without removing the pole legs.
