A hard won victory

Very easy to put together. Instructions are simple but concise. The makers must assume, however, that you are able to flip over the desk or table you intend to install it on. In our case, that would have been an impossible task. So began several grueling hours of myself kneeling and holding up the keyboard underneath the desk, and my companion lying underneath the desk, attempting to screw in the pieces. The ordeal was worth every agonizing moment of knee and neck pain. The keyboard tray works perfectly, smoothly sliding out from its rails and the mouse tray slides out easily from the side. An excellent purchase.

The first time I used it, it fell out of the tracks. My husband replace the screws within the track and now it’s top notch consider using a heavy duty screws for the track and you couldn’t ask for anything better.

It's bigger than expected and deeper than I would have liked. Required a 1/2 inch mat underneath to raise it up to the level of the front lip. It does keep my cat, Dora, from laying on the keyboard while I'm trying to type. It's OK consifering it was half the price of most keybord drawers.

This tray is made well, very sturdy, holds whatever position you place it in and performs as described. The thick tray surface is way better than most metal surface options and holds my keyboard and trackpad with no issue.

This drawer is the only one that is shallow enough (front to rear) that would work for me. Easy to install and very nice quality. Packaging was not great. Need to be sealed up and protected much better. Both ends of carton were hanging open upon arrival and I was very concerned pieces might be missing. However, all items were still inside the box and installation took less than 10 minutes. Works great!

Sturdy hardware. Keyboard area a little bit wobbly but not a deal breaker. Prompt delivery. Be aware that installation can be a challenge for the not mechanical types.

It is exactly what I expected. I was not going to use the mouse pad anyway, but if I did, there is an issue that if you need to swing it under the key pad to make room to push the key pad under the desk, it unscrews itself. No biggy for me as I did not use it but others may have an issue with it. So far it is sturdy and very well made. To avoid future issues I sprayed the slide area with a little silicon spray; not required, just a little precaution so I do not push to hard and loosen the screws which go into flake board, not the best at holding screws.

Very solid. Very adjustable(up & down, and side to side). Easy to install with a drill driver like 7 screws plus 2 with rubber stops for the slide. Screw to underside of desk. Mouse pad can go on either side. The wrist pads or cushions have an adhesive backing and stick down to the keyboard platform. Way better than a keyboard drawer.

I installed this tray a little over 2 weeks ago. Installation was a breeze. My work requires a lot of typing and this tray is very comfortable because it adjusts to the typist height and angle requirements. Depending on your typing style, it may bounce a bit while typing but not a big deal (at least in my case). I wanted to paint the tray black but ended up using it as is. Great product!

The first time I used a pull out tray like this, it was a game changer. This makes all the difference in the world to my wrists and even my shoulders getting fatigued. I won't be without this setup ever again.

Easy to install!

I've only had this for about a week. I bought it to supplement a desk I just bought that only had one key tray, I have two computers. Very easy to install and honestly the best key tray of the two. I added carpet under the key board to raise the key board and to keep it from sliding around.

There were three broken pieces when I opened the box. It was still wrapped in the cellophane and I considered sending it back.

Overall a quality and sturdy product.

It is sturdy although I had to do some modifications to the mouse table slide retract so it would retract more to be able to fit in my cubby space. I also had to make mounting leg extensions to establish a proper keyboard and mouse height. Truthfully all this was part of the challenge to get it installed the way that it needed to be for my needs.
