Product Without Advertized Parts

Mine arrived without the straps going behind the toilet bowl to hold it in place, the manufacturer or seller acted like they did not know anything About that, I told them to look at their picture. Walmart has not been helpful in rectifying this. I rails will not stay in place without the straps to hold them in place
