I have not been able to assemble this item. I couldn’t get the metal bars to bend. I would like to return it but it has been over 30 days since delivery. Could I replace this item with another item?

It allowed me to customize the size of the rack.

It allowed me to fit a small drawer. It isn't beautiful, but it works nicely.

flimsy and poorly designed

I provided exact dimensions and purchased item it was for from Wayfair, yet I was sent file folders that did not fit from Customer Service Rep. In my opinion this shouldn't have happened. The item was beautiful but useless to me.

The metal was difficult to size to what I wanted, however it did work once the end was adjusted.

I'm just not crazy about the hinge in the middle.

Just ok

Misses on width, the folders hang crooked. The plastic part of the bracket doesn’t snap together therefore breaks apart easily. Also, to adjust the length for a file drawer, it is not an easy break - had to find someone with cutters to saw threw them. Note, they are a box of 4.

It was horrible. It states it's adjustable, that it can be cut, but this metal is too thick to cut through with pliers. Horrible product. Should be taken off the market.

I bought this based on your customer support staff telling me it would work on the desk I purchased from you which has a file drawer but no crossbar to hold the file cabinet. She searched and assured me this would work. This product is much too large for the drawer. Now I have to pay shipping charges.

Cost cutting stupidity?

The plastic end frames are well designed and generally solid. However, the folding rails are a pain. The only reason I can think of as to why they went with folding rails is to reduce the size of the box the unit comes in. Seems to me they are incurring more cost to fabricate the folding rails than they save in the cost of cardboard to hold the older solid rails.

Overpriced and worthless

I purchased the file frame but never saw it in advance. My bad! It is worthless, and I will try to return what I can. The metal sides of the frame are not straight and cannot be straightened, and it is a flimsy piece of trash. I do not recommend this item to anyone.

Not for legal conversion

Could not make this frame fit into ordinary letter size, 2-Drawer filing cabinet. It only works as letter size not Legal
