Wish I could return

I was excited about these, but they are not even close to living up to my expectations. After opening them, I removed the multiple poorly placed staples that went into the frame, ripped out some of the clasps for the back of the frame. But worst of all, the glass broke on one of the frames. I went and bought another glass to replace it and as I carefully added the picture to the frame with the new glass, it broke again! I can't help but think this happening twice is a faulty frame. Wish I could return.

Glass is glued in

These are lovely and expensive looking, but be aware that the glass is glued to the frame and is not removable. The mat does come out, but the glass does not.

Scratched from poor packing

scratches From the packaging . They were sandwiched together and then wrapped in bubble wrap. The bubble wrap seemed ok but the games were stacked and they scratched the silver paint from the frames:/

I would’ve returned these if I had time, but they were a gift and I ran out of time. For the price, these are very flimsy, lightweight plastic and one side on all three frames is loosely attached. Also, the hanging hook on the back isn’t consistently placed so make sure to measure each frame’s position before you hang them. Also, the hook may show a little from the front so you’ll have to bend them a bit to be out of sight. Quality just isn’t there. 2 stars because they weren’t damaged and all parts were in tact.

I like the style of the frames themselves, but accidentally broke one of the pieces of glass while I tried to remove the hard staples from the packaging. I hope to replace the glass (more money), but am not sure if I can because it's glued to the frame. I have 4 matching frames to house my 4 children's school pictures. I am very disappointed that I may have to buy 4 more frames just to do this. The overall quality is subpar.

These look nice, great for a photo wall. I went with the 8x10 photo size with the larger frame size (17in I believe?) and silver to match our foyer pendant, which these frames do match perfectly. My only gripe was the packaging... they used large metal staples to secure the protective cardboard squares that cover the corners and hanging brackets on the back (which is normal) but the staples themselves were incredibly difficult to remove. It was difficult even to get the cardboard out from under them because they were on so tightly. Some of the staples even went through the silver area of the frames itself which caused some damage. It took me over an hour at least to get them out of the packaging and I had to use needle nose pliers which still weren’t enough to get the staples off efficiently without damaging the back of the frames. They still look nice from the front which is really what matters, but the backs of them are a mess from battling the staples. Overall though, they’re very nice.
