Disappointed

I am really disappointed with this. It creates good froth but the froth all dissipates.

Very affordable and efficient!

This is my second Aerolatte frother and I cannot recommend them enough. Very affordable, small but effective. I use it to make lovely frothy cappuccinos and hot chocolate and they are perfect!

Trash design - Don't buy

Ours broke finally after over a year of occasional success with the product. (Also tricky to make it turn on sometimes, like other reviews point out) Since it broke within the two year warranty, I asked for a replacement from Aerolatte but they said no. They said they could tell that liquid had splashed onto the handle, so they wouldn't replace it. Although we were very careful, it's true sometimes it got a little wet and we dried it as well as we could. They told us to take it apart and try cleaning out the corrosion from the motor. LOL It's disappointing that Aerolatte designed a tool for agitating liquids that can't handle liquids being splashed up occasionally onto the body of the tool. Seems like an absolutely impossible expectation of basic physics. Unfortunate design and a rip-off, if I'm honest. Since I can't trust that the next one won't fail in the exact same way, they've lost a repeat customer. Don't buy this unless you enjoy throwing stuff in the trash.

Excellent tool

This is my second one. The product is really a good frother. Easy to use.

It's great until you need to whisk something

I don't like that it uses batteries. I don't like how it bogs down when you put it down into the glass you want to mix. It's great at the top where you can froth it if that's what you want to do. If you want to blend up a powder into a half glass of water it just bogs down at the bottom of the glass. You know where all the clumps meet. You can see them going around and pointing at you and laughing. The spring whisker thing, could it be any flimsier and could the straight wire that comes out of the handle be any thinner? This is probably great if you want to mix or whisk something in a small juice glass. In a regular drinking glass it's almost like whisking molasses. I love the idea of this thing but I need one that can handle my whisking needs. If you wanted to beat an egg with this thing, it would laugh at you for even trying such a thing.

Great while it lasts

We had two of these and both lasted less than two years before they just died and wouldn’t turn on anymore. I expected more out of them. They also use up batteries very quickly.

Not a good value

I had to replace the frother three times (thankfully, Aerolatte was great about that part). It works great until it doesn't--maybe 6-9 months?--and then even new batteries don't make a difference. Not a good product.

This little frother really does its job! I needed to replace a frother that didn't do any foaming at all— just kind of vibrated. This is the opposite! Froths quickly and easy to clean.

Love my frother!

Love my milk frother. I was ready to spend $400-$500 on an espresso machine. But, turns out all I needed was a $25 milk brother to get that nice foam on top that I was looking for. This works great with milk and cream.

I received this little gem for my birthday and can say I have used it everyday and LOVE IT! It took my coffee to a whole new level. I pour in my almond milk Stevia…froth it with my and let the coffee brew right over it! Highly recommend and the price was approx $10!

Lovely milk frother BUT no case

Previous reviews indicated it came with a case or stand, but apparently only sometimes! I'd hoped this one did, but no luck! It is a lovely piece though and it works quite well. Time will see how durable it is, but I imagine it may depend on how well I keep it from getting banged around in a drawer or on the counter. That's why a stand or a case would be really nice to have.

Works great but eats up the battery

I've only had this a few weeks and the battery has already died twice. Not sure if the switch somehow gets knocked forward in the drawer enough that it's using energy but not "on" or if this is common for these frothers. I does a great job frothing milk, though.

FREAKIN FABULOUS FROTHER!

Had a frother attached to a very large coffee machine. Coffee machine finally died and didn't want to keep big machine on counter for frother. WaLa! Love this frother because it works great, cleans easily and stores in a utensil drawer. Give yourself a gift and buy a this Aerolater Frother, you will be glad you did!

It works for Hot Chocolate Too

I replaces one I had previously. It was placed in the dishwasher (that didn't work well). I could not wait to replace it. The purchase was online. Th online purchase was simple straight forward. The product arrived in good condition.

I have the black and the cow one. The black one just broke after having it a few years. The button quit working. Otherwise it is a great little frother!!! I wish I could fix the botton. It really is great! I put my cream and sugar in my coffee and froth it fir about a minute or less and I have a happy cup of coffee.

Awesome Useful Gadget

I have been using my Aerolatte for more than a year---almost on a daily basis. I use it in the morning for quickly frothing mocha & hot chocolate. For 20 bucks, this is a no brainer. Yes, my $1000 espresso machine makes finer micro bubbles, and it's great for relaxing on the weekend. But when I have less time and don't want a mess to clean up, this is my go-to gadget. Simply immerse, froth, rinse. The single star reviews are ridiculous...

Who knew that this little device could give me so much joy in the mornings?? This device is amazing! I used to just use my blender but this is so much more convenient and easy to clean instead of the bulky, large blender. It's super portable and really fun to use. As an avid coffee drinker, I highly recommend this product!

Disappointed in performance

I ordered the Aerolatte Milk Frother to recreate the barista experience at home and was sorely disappointed. While it does create a bunch of foam bubbles, it is not close to the microfoam of a coffeehouse latte. It bogs down quickly in thick liquid like whole milk and cream, and will not even stir an egg. If you want a gadget to stir in premixed cocoa mix or powdered chai, this may work, but I would recommend saving your money and buying something more substantial if you want true froth.

I have been looking for a simple way to froth my milk in the morning for my lattes and was using the old fashioned method of a glass jar and the microwave. It took me too long in the morning to froth my milk this way, so I looked for an alternative. That's when I came across this electric handheld milk frother. This is a handheld, battery-powered milk frother. Works well with Hot or Cold Milk, Coffee, Cappuccino, Hot Cocoa, Tea, etc. The whisk is made of stainless steel and is very flimsy. After warming my milk in my milk pitcher, I grabbed the milk frother. I turned it on and began moving it in a up and down pumping motion. After about 30 seconds, I had a perfect froth. I just spooned it out and layed it over top of my fresh, homemade latte. Clean up was super easy too. Just a little soap and water and its clean. I was surprised on how easy this frother was to use and the great results it gave me. This has made my at home coffee drinking experience was better! I definitely recommend this milk frother to everyone looking to get the starbucks feel right in your own home.
