Missing Hardware To Complete Assembly

We had great hopes for this bed combo. Unfortunately after opening the bed and reviewing hardware provided we were missing barrel nuts. Very frustrating as I had to visit three hardware stores to locate metric barrel nuts, and the ones I found were wrong size.🤯.

Poor materials used

Have had this bed for a little over a year. The legs have completely fallen off and no way of getting back on. Trash.

cheap

easyvset up but itbdoesnt last. bought this for my daughter for christmas and a board has already broke. which is where it holds the mattress up. its not very sturdy

Broke within 5minutes

Extremely poor quality wood, holds no strength. Broke the first time I sat on it. Are the good reviews fake??

Support boards splitting

Purchased the bed in March of 2023. It fitted our needs for a second bed for guest. I notitice recently that the support boards on all 4 sides are splitting, not sure how long the bed will last. The gaps in splits seems to be getting wider. Hard to find the manufacturer of the bed on Target's web site.

Do Not Buy

One of the boxes came damaged. It was packed poorly with the trundle front on top of the wood slats. So the wood slats busted through the trundle front. The corners do not line up right, and there is absolutely no way that it is supporting 600 lbs. those wood slats are so flimsy. It was a waste of time putting it together. We will be taking it back!

Poor quality wood

This bed was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the wood cracked shortly after assembly. It's been less than a year and we are having to reinforce with 2x4s.

Perfect guest bed.

This bed is such a space saver!! It sits low, has a lean profile and the trundle bed slides out effortlessly.

Mattress size issue

The bed is beautiful. It took two of us 1.5 hours to put it together. However the lower trundle frame is smaller in length than I realized; the lower trundle frame does not take a standard sized twin mattress. I had to return the twin mattress that I had purchased for the trundle and then do a major search to find a mattress that is not too tall and not too long to fit in the trundle frame. That mattress cost significantly more than a standard twin mattress. Measure carefully when ordering!

This bed is great! We wanted to use it as a daybed in a spare bedroom and the trundle allows us to sleep 2 people (usually kids) when we have company. The front plate of the trundle arrived broken but the manufacturer was great and quickly shipped out a replacement! The grey color was true to the website.

This bed is not very sturdy at all. The material is not resistant. The frame cracked a week after we put it together. Its hard to pull the bottom bed too, even without a mattress.

Easy to set up, but a couple of boards received...

Easy to set up, but a couple of boards received had cracks and 8 inch mattress for trundle didn’t fit under, a bit disappointed.

Tight fit

The space for the trundle is really tight, with the mattresses we have I can’t slide it in & out easily. I’ve put risers on the frame to accommodate the bedding on the mattress.

Simple design

Overall very sleek and simple design. The trundle and wood is exposed on 3 of the 4 sides but wished the shorter sides were covered up because those sides aren’t pushed against a wall. I have my comforter draped over so you cannot see the trundle.

so far its okay

I would've rated lower but I know this bed frame isn't made by target. When I went to build the trundle portion, one of the pieces of hardware was defected. I emailed the company that made it and they sent me a new set of hardware, still with the wrong piece. I'm now waiting for hopefully the right piece of hardware to come. I also noticed that the wood on the outside of the frame is starting to split and I built it last week. I followed all of the instructions to build so I'm not sure why that's happening but I hope the frame will still last.
