Charging outlets for his phone and the charger for the light attached under his unwelcome visitor greeter. Room to place his laptop, roku camera and CPAP machine.

Scratches very easy

This table looks decent but there are problems. It scratches VERY easily. It scratched terribly while putting it together. I put some brown sharpie on it for now and it's not as noticeable. There is a large crack in the top. There are pre-drilled holes on some sections, but not others. I bought two and only put one together. I will likely be returning the second one if not both. These are not good quality and I am really unhappy.

Many holes not drilled

It was easy to assemble until it wasn’t. Many holes not pre-drilled. The look is great and it is sturdy. But be prepared to have a drill at the ready and to do some basic carpentry. For the price would not recommend.

I would highly recommend the Princess Josephine French Baroque Table. Worth the investment. A classic statement piece that can mix with any design decor. Perfect size for a small entry or bedside tables. It is so perfect I am very pleased with the quality and style.

Would buy the set again

We bought 2 end tables and the matching Nantucket King Size Headboard for a new beach house with 5 bedrooms and a bonus room with 4 bunk beds for 8 kids. Overloaded with expenses to furniture this place, this set was low priced but solid wood, painted white white and it has held up well. A couple of small marks on the headboard which we painted over. I would have bought another set for another bedroom in a light blue or light grey but it was not available.

Very sturdy! Instructions to put together are clear but can be difficult as some of the holes are not pre drilled. Makes a great accessory as it can be moved to the side of a chair or kept by the bed! It is narrow so it fits nicely in a small room. It is great that I can turn it sideways and you can’t see through it as the sides are very nice.

Quality solid wood piece, had to daisy-chain cord

I bought a set for either end of our sectional in the living room. I'm happy with my purchase; these are quality solid wood pieces of furniture. I like the convenience of the built-in power and USB 'strip'. I do wish the cord was just a bit longer, we had the use an extension cord to reach the wall outlet. I am not a fan of daisy-chaining extension cords together.

Excellent little table.

Very nice side table. Works well. Easy to put together. It looks great. It works well to hold my printer. Love the outlets. Very convenient to use. Very pleased with this table. Love it.

RETURNING!

The website and photo on the website fails to indicate that the “Driftwood” version of this table is NOT a solid gray!! Took only one leg out of the box and discovered that “Driftwood” looks VERY BLUE with stripes of white all through it. ”Driftwood” is, at best, a very blue gray. The white stripe effect, to us, is hideous and looks cheap! We are returning these tables and suggest you consider a different table!

Great price but difficult assembly and flaw issues

Be prepared to put this together with more than just a screwdriver. I am a seasoned furniture assembler and these tables really gave me a run for my money. I don't have a power screwdriver and I really think you need one for these pieces. I haven't been able to close some gaps and honestly feel like I can put almost anything together by myself so there is some sort of flaw in the assembly of these. Additionally, both tables had a flaw in the leg ( in different places) but I was able to hide it by placing the legs where they met other pieces but you should know they did come with flaws in the wood. The plug/usb connections are awesome to have though...

Cute is the word

First of all, I'm not a carpenter by trade. I have assembled a few items of all kinds in my time. This nightstand was not that difficult at all to assemble but you should have some basic tools available such as an electric drill with small bits, hammer, phillips screwdriver, maybe a light duty ratchet strap and a utility knife. That's about it . Read and understand instructions. If in doubt call number supplied. The quality of the unit is ok . I've seen better. I could see some factory repairs that were attempted that should have classified this unit as factory seconds . There was a split in the wood board and they patched it. I let it go because it was only noticeable to me during assembly. I saw other imperfections such as some more splits, crooked mounting holes and paint blems. Other than that we like them a lot. Great for areas with space limitations. All wood too. Not mdf or particle board and not made china.I have 4 of this type of furniture from this manufacturer and will buy again If need be. On the fence for this one? Just do it. You'll love it. My wife says it's cute. What more can I say.Factory packing was excellent. Shipped very well. No shipping damage at all.

Perfect Fit

This table is the perfect size to put between our two navy blue recliners. The decor in the living room is blues and whites, with aqua for a pop of color, with beaches being the theme. The table is quite narrow, which is just the right size for the space, and the white is perfect. It was a great purchase for the price, and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Overstock!

Fairly satisfied

I like the table, but thought it would appear a bit differently, more like wood with the gray wash, instead of a coating. I am still pleased, however, and the price was fair. It was packed very, very well, and there was NO damage whatsoever. All parts were there including the extra screws, etc. Instructions were very good, and I put it together myself, instead of having my husband do it. It is the perfect size for my living room. I have ordered from Overstock previously, and will order again, when needed.

Good quality!

I really studied several different side tables, I also checked reviews and had never bought anything from Overstock before. I am so glad that I didn't quibble over a few dollars more because these tables are solid wood and the paint finish was great. Only one leg had an issue with the bolt not fitting correctly. My husband has a recorder that needs adjustments in fitting the parts together, we used a small piece of velum paper in the hole and it was just right and screwed together perfectly. It is very helpful to have another set of hands because you do need to assemble the parts of the table. I checked the electric and everything works great. Super happy about my purchase, now to locate 2 kitchen table chairs.

Crisp, clean and solid

Exactly as pictured. Solid wood, smooth finish, true white paint job. No damage, easy assembly, very solid. Matches the Atlantic Furniture Nantucket line of beds and coffee table. I bought 2 tables to use as nightstands, since I have narrow spaces beside my king bed. They are the perfect height and deep enough to accommodate a lamp and books, etc. I might poly the top surface to prevent water marks from coffee cups. I debated getting the one with the integrated charger, but didn't want it to look dated when the technology changes - which may be faster than you think. Very satisfied.

Poor quality/customer service poor

Poor quality wood, workmanship, and paint. I put thus together as soon as it arrived . I can see through the paint in places. On one side there are large runs and drops in the paint. The wood has cracks and is missing some edges. The top has a dent and a mis colored area that is also pitted. One of the legs is chipped and showing bare wood where a glob of wood filler was applied and not sanded down properly. Also the table does not sit flat on the floor so it wobbles. The worst part is as of right now Atlantic furniture has not responded to my email. I filled out their form which only allowed me to add 1 photo. 72 hours and still waiting. As of now customer service is nonexistent. I will give them a chance and provide updates on this review if they can correct the problem.

White end tables

I ordered two of these tables to complete my living room. They came quickly and were well packed to arrive in perfect condition. Assembly was quick (my husband used an electric drill to put in the final screws, but everything else was easily done by hand) Tables are sturdy. We have area to store books or collectibles on the lower shelf and the top size is good for a lamp and a few items. They are a good match in style to the mahogany coffee table I found and will work well. Be gentle on assembly. My husband got a little forceful with a hammer when a biscuit didn't seat as deeply as he expected it to. It cracked the finish on the lower edge of the shelf. That much pressure is not needed.

Great Idea, Kind of Poor Craftsmanship

I bought this to go with our new bedroom set because it is so narrow, a perfect fit for a small nightstand and as a bonus hubby can plug his cell phone in. Unfortunately this one came in with one of the side panels manufactured with a bump on it. Like it had not been cut to the correct size (see photos) it was finished, all painted white, but when I had my husband assemble it to show me what he was talking about, it looked OK to me lol, the legs were not flush to that panel, there was a gap and the panel was too tight a fit. Mike just shaved it down with a circular saw & we threw a little white paint on the edge he cut, you could not see it anyway because it sits against the table leg. The nightstand is now perfect and really does fit well in the space. I'm sure Overstock would have sent us a replacement but it was a fairly easy fix for contractor hubby and I did not want to wait. I'm sure not all of them have this flaw and in the end I do really love the coastal look. The color is a bright white, the back is open so you'll want to attach the cord to a leg or put something in the bottom to hide the black cord from view.
