Good price but broke right away

We really like this bed frame. It was really well priced, however the very first time one of our airbnb guests sat on it, one of the wood support brackets cracked and split. Now we have to figure out a remedy or get a replacement piece.

It’s a nice platform but it didn’t work for me.

Would love to provide a review, but bed was delivered damaged and could not be put together, side rail completely split. Returned for refund.

Damaged in Transit but the company made it right!

We ordered this frame needing one that was at least 8” off the ground. I loved the style and the price was right! It was delivered pretty promptly, but the box was u fortunately damaged in transit which resulted in one of the frames having some damage. We contacted the company and they made everything right without any hesitation! The new frame came, it assembled quickly, and is incredibly sturdy! I definitely recommend!

I was hoping that Home Depot would get the arc frame in and they did not. I settled on this only to have the arc frame back in stock the following week. This came mangled. I hate it.
