The switch plates I received were not the same size as on the website; I was very disappointed.

Color is much lighter than picture shown
The wall plate was a nice heavy metal but the bronze color was way lighter than the product picture. I ended up returning it.
Nice plate, but the actual does not look like the picture. It looks more like silver/grey. I was looking forward to getting them, but was disappointed when I opened the box and found that the product I received does not look like the picture.

I have been ordering all of the wallplates that I purchase from Wallplate Warehouse for quite a few years now. I am gradually changing all of the wallplates in the house to the same pattern. Some are in the brushed nickel finish and some rooms are in the bronze finish. I really like the pattern and the quality. I have not experienced an issue until my last order. The wallplate that arrived was the wrong pattern and configuration. I double checked my order to insure that I had not ordered the wrong one. I did not I emailed Wallplate Warehouse asking what was the process for correcting the problem and getting the correct wallplate. Here is when things started to get AMAZING. I PROMPTLY received a reply from Wallplate Warehouse. They said that they would send the correct wallplate out. They also told me not to bother returning the original. I was so happy not having to go through the return process. The correct wallplate arrived and is installed. I am a happy customer. Mistakes happen but Wallplate Warehouse corrected it with no inconvenience to me. I will continue to order all of my wallplates from Wallplate Warehouse.
