I really dislike reviews like the first one by John - they are entirely unhelpful, and more about experiences with the website than product. To be honest, John's major complaint isn't even on point, as a complete list of matching plates populates once you put this one in the cart. My wife loves the decorative aspect of the plate, the plate itself is well-made for this kind of product, thick, heavy and sturdy. We have switch-covers and single-duplex plates throughout the downstairs - all easy to install, functional and well-made. The double-duplex isn't in many stores, because I think that this configuration is fairly rare, but it is easy to find and order through Home Depot, so don't let this dissuade you.

I purchased a duplex wall plate and a switch plate at my local Home Depot store because I liked the pattern and color. But the store did not have the matching English Garden 2 Duplex Wall plate that I needed. The helpful sales person pointed out that I could easily order the needed part online and then pick it up at the store without any shipping charges. When I went to the Home Depot web site, I discovered that the organization of their offerings was very poorly organized. It took me 30 minutes to find the correct wall plate whereas it should have only taken 5. When I picked up the wall plate and took it home, I found that the quality control was obviously very poor. Yes, it has the functionality and pattern desired but the color does not match what I purchased in the local store, i.e. the color of the finish is so dark that it is even difficult to discern the pattern on the surface. So why didn't I return it? First, I was so disgusted with the ordering process that I didn't want to go through it again. Second, from what I have experienced with this, I don't believe that getting three different plates that match is realistically possible. I think that ordering this type of product online from any website is risky if it is important to match the finishes over a range of different units.
