[Rewarded Review] Nice twin bed

I ordered this about 2 months ago to replace a metal framed twin bed for my teen son. It wasn’t hard to assemble and is very sturdy. I’m thinking of getting a 2nd one for my other son. I really like that it came with plenty of slats and doesn’t require a boxspring.

Very good sturdy bed frame and nice white color

It is a very sturdy bed frame with nice finishes. It is fairly simple to assemble it and with an extra hand, it is even faster. It comes with all the necessary hardware (screws and wood pegs) and clear instructions. We order it in white and the color looks very nice.

This bed went together *fairly easily. Please note that where there is no hole drilled, they expect you to be able to directly drive screws (soft wood). I bought this bed to match Cargo furniture. It is not as heavy duty as Cargo, which is no longer available except through the used market, but it is sturdy. There are a lot of bed slats that need to be individually attached on both ends, and this takes the bulk of the assembly time, but the result seems structurally strong. I am not overly impressed with two aspects. First, the inserts in headboard and footboard that give a slatted appearance are just thin plywood and are the only really cheap looking aspects. I would suggest an upgrade for this. Second, the tops for the headboard and footboard were drilled for attachment with screws from the top. That means you have six holes that would have quite visible screw attachments. This is a strange departure from a pretty nice overall solid wood piece of furniture with a consistent nice finish. I decided to use wood glue on the hidden pegs and clamp the assembly with long bar clamps until dry instead of using screws. I will recess screws and fill the screw holes with wood putty and touch the areas up. This is a permanent attachment of the top slats on headboard and footboard, nothing to be lost by doing so. I bought this bed frame for my older son as a purchase useful for just a few years, so the price was right. He is happy with it.

I purchased 3 of these beds. Very easy to assemble. Great quality and excellent price. My children love their new beds and so do I. They give you plenty of boards to make it sturdy on bottom.

Was super excited about this bed. Got the box and was missing 2 main parts to put it together. Shipment info never said anything about different boxes. So you can imagine how frustrating it was to take everything out, get ready to set up a bed, only to have to put everything away because we didn't have all the parts. Contacted customer service who said another box is coming but had no tracking info for when. 6 days later...still waiting on the other parts to come. Additional parts never came. Contacted overstock and they said they were not sending out any parts. Waiting for response for a full refund...super disappointed and upset. don't waste your money.

This is a nice sturdy bed for the price. I was amazed with how much real wood the bed was made with. One issue we came across was that the top piece was not fitting flush because one of the bed post was too tall, we had to sand the post so the piece fit flush. Overall still happy with the bed.

The bed headboard and is made of thin particle board. Just in putting the bed together, you have to be careful not to scratch the paint. The bed shows every mark.

Stay Away!

Purchased for my son’s room. The instructions state itll take 1 hour-the holes for the headboard and footboard are not drilled deep enough- its taking an hour just to screw in the headboard. UNACCEPTABLE. Waste of time

So far this item has met our expectations. Was very easy to put together (less than 1 hour). The product did arrive as two separate deliveries.

Missing important piece

We sat down to put the bed together and realized they didn’t include a very important piece in the box. Ridiculous. There is a note on the front of the instructions that says not to return the product but instead visit the manufacturers website and they’ll send you a replacement piece. That’s how common this issue is. How frustrating. Save yourself the headache from this careless company.

Overall a nice bed for a young child! Fits a twin mattress well, and not too high off the ground. For an adult it might not be solid enough but great for a kid!

White bed

Easy to put together little short if you put a nice size mattress under as Trundle bed. Daughter loved it added more slats to make it stronger.

The bed came in 2 separate boxes which came on different days so we had to wait to assemble. Assembly was quick and easy once both boxes arrived. It looks great and holds up to my toddler jumping on it. We are well pleased.
