Bought for sorority house room. Nice weight and texture, thought the gold would have a different look. It’s more of goldyellow and a matte finish.

Definite Quality Control Problem-Soft Blue Color

I’m very unhappy with the quality control (or lack of) with these curtains. I ordered 6 panels in the color Soft Blue. None of them are blue. Some are a greenish blue and some of them are gray. 1 of the panels is shorter than the other panels. I looked, after the fact, at the reviews and there are many reviewers that mention the same problem with the color. I saw one review that dated back to 2020. If this has been a problem since 2020 why are they still selling them? Since I did not open the package before the 30 day return policy, I was waiting to get my curtain rods hung, Macy’s will not accept my return. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service to no avail. Definitely not happy with Macys. They should stand behind their merchandise.
