The Fireplace was missing screws to insert the electric firebox. Luckily...My husband had some extras. The mantel right in the middle, in the front on the edge has a dent in it. Very disappointing for what we paid. The box was crushed when we received it, but inside the pieces were wrapped very well. Don't understand how the mantel was dented. Should not have to go through this much trouble and call people back to obtain a fix. Again my husband is wonderful at woodworking and fixed this. It's ok but not worth the bang for your buck. The seams in the front of fireplace has gaps. again very disappointed. Not sure if I would recommend this to my friends....

In the process of assembling so haven’t fully used this but so far we’re disappointed with the construction. There are very noticeable gaps and spaces between the pieces that you can see from the couch. Makes this look cheap versus the picture almost looks like a built in. We’re contemplating filling in the gaps around the entire front and then spraying it a different color. Also this thing is HEAVY plan to have two strong people to assemble and place the unit.

Thank you Influenster for this beautiful electric fireplace. I am obsessed! The white oak detail gives it a luxury feel while also offering functionality. Not only is it a gorgeous addition to our home, the heating element works great. We have tile downstairs and it gets unbearably cold in the winter. This fireplace has been such a God send. Heats up larger areas quickly and safely. There is a variety of realistic flame settings that help set the ambience can be used with or without heat. Also, there is a remote control so you can adjust your settings as needed or the safety timer to automatically shut off with no hassle. Assembly wasn’t too difficult, my father I accomplished it in a day. It is very heavy so I would recommend having help just to be safe. Other than that the instructions were very clear and thorough. My overall rating would be a 5/5. Very user friendly, functional and sleek. A perfect way to elevate your home and add that extra touch of luxury. I’ve already had three family members ask me for more details are looking to buy one. Beautiful fireplace!

Brilliant! This fireplace was well worth the price (which was significantly cheaper than it’s listed for on other websites) and gave my living room a desperately needed focal point. It’s great quality, solid wood, substantial size. The electric fireplace has multiple functions such as adjustable brightness levels, different colors, and multiple heating levels. My only wish would be to see it include sound for more realism, but I will purchase a separate sound box for that. Highly recommend and would absolutely purchase again.

This fireplace is much more beautiful in person than in the online photos. The quality better than expected. The flames look great and I love the color options it comes with. The fireplace gets hot fast and heats up a space quickly. My only complaint is that it does not have sound. I googled and couldn’t find the info anywhere online so I just crossed my fingers. But nope no sound. Either way, it’s sturdy and beautiful. It was easy to put together too!

My wife and I are very happy with the quality and functioning of this electric fireplace. I was skeptical before purchasing an electric fireplace because the smaller ones all looked kind of chintzy and most of their reviews indicated shoddy construction materials. Having decided a wider firebox was more attractive and making certain the 12.5 amps this draws is no problem for plugging into our living room wall socket I'm completely satisfied we made a good decision in this purchase. It's made well with adequate heat for our 20x20x8 foot area and it's a beautiful addition to our primary living area as far as visual impact goes. One minor problem after assembling was corrected quickly by Wayfair via email and the Realflame company. By myself the assembly was a 1.5 hour job. The complete unit is very heavy and the mantle alone is about 45 pounds so you might want a helper but instructions were easily followed.

I got this free fireplace from influenster. It comes with 2 boxes and is very heavy. The delivery guy dropped it in front of the door, and I had to ask 4 friends to carry it inside. It took time to put together, but it looks nice and expensive once put them together. Fireplace comes with a remore control, so you can change multiple colors that you like. The material seems good, and it looks fancy.

Does mar easily so care around it is needed. As others, I filled crevices with caulk for a finished look. Customer support was excellent. Looking at another Real Flame for the bedroom.

I received the RealFlame Electric Fireplace after almost three weeks, following a notification from Influenster. Though there was no tracking update in the app and no assistance during delivery, the product arrived in two separate packages, both complete. After reviewing the product and assembling it, here are our thoughts: Electric Fireplace: The heating performance is excellent, effectively warming areas of 60m² or more. The temperature range is from 77°F to 99°F, which offers great flexibility. There are several flame visuals to choose from, making the experience more customizable. The remote control is well-designed, easy to understand, and simple to use. Rating: 5/5. Wooden Mantel: The fireplace mantel looks stylish and trendy with its white-oak finish, likely a veneer. However, we noticed multiple imperfections, including scratches, exposed wood, drill marks, nail holes, and stains in various corners. It appears as though this was a showroom or demo unit, then disassembled and sent to us. The assembly installation took around 2 hours to complete. Rating: 3/5. Conclusion: Overall, the product is good, easy to use, and efficient. While the aesthetic quality of the mantel leaves room for improvement, we hope it proves durable over time. I also hope for better warranty information. Final Rating: 4/5.
