Aleko tent purchase

I purchased this tent from HD onlline and picked it up in the store. The customer service in the store was amazing. The tent is medium duty at nest, but still better then less expensive options that would only last a few months. I expect to get about a year, maybe two out of this one. When researching for assembluy instruction, there is a good video at the Aleko web site for this exact product. Check out the pricing at their site, Better then HD.

Just used both tents for a retail vendor show at the Packwood Swap meet. These tents are great. Easy set up compared to other brands around the meet. Definitely recommend

Not what it claims to be

Very flimsy and difficult to keep the pieces connected. The tarp on top tore within the first 30 days and it was long after that we ended up taking it down and throwing it in the trash.

the 1st and 2nd canopies was a deal and lived up to the product description. now the 3rd was a totally different color and wasnt what it said it was. as sòn as it got put up and a strong rain came in,the term heavy duty got lost in the storm. it leaks all the way down the top center of roof. id been better off with a roll of plastic.

Pick-up and putting this together with a couple of people was pretty easy. I was a bit surprised that some of the tubes didn't snap together but just relied on gravity and the cover to keep it all together. This made it through some moderate weather and withstood wind gusts of up to 25-30 mph but when we had some serious gusts of 50 mph last night the canopy fabric actually snapped at all the grommets holding it down.

Won't hold up with wind

Easy to assemble - in fact, too easy, as joints were not designed to be strong or securely latched. Even when tied down and reinforced with larger stakes and ratchet straps, a bust of about 12mph ripped it and tossed it across the yard, with supports falling out and connector bending and breaking. On top of that, sides, ends, and roof tarps do not seal. Snow easily enters at all corners. If you have ANY wind, this product will not work well.

The canopy was very easy to assemble. It was a good size but it rained while we had it set up and the roof leaked.

For an outdoor garage the connectors for the cover are not made to last. And the stitching was missing in places not holding seams together.

this thing withstood massive winds that tore though other canopies. easy to install and anchor to ground. recommend these tho other friends. will be another order coming

I was able to assemble it by myself and being seventy four years old I think that probably says it’s doable for most people. . I place two of them together to make a ten by forty along side of our house. Now we have storage for the boat , old chev truck ATV’s, and room to spare. .I left one of the sides off for easy access, it’s next to the house so it’s still protected.

Deceiving Product

Bought my husband this canopy as a Christmas gift. He was so excited and proud once he installed the canopy. However It hasn't been a good two years since he's had the item and it's already ripped from the roof of the canopy. The description of this item is deceiving. It is not heavy duty and not durable. The canopy cost me a little over $500, that's too much to spend on an item for it to just fall apart so quickly.

This tent is amazing. We bought it to put on our back patio for a wedding we were hosting. The wedding was very last minute, and the tent was super easy to put up and looked great. The fabric is very thick and durable and the accessories are perfect.

Poor Quality- Buyer Beware

DO NOT BUY- Stated Heavy Duty- IT IS NOT. Bought in August, first storm in January and the top collapsed in from light snow. Contacted Overstock and they are unable to assist as it is past the 30-day return window- provided a number to contact the warranty holder.

this carport went as easy as they claim, just two older guys. and there ended up being more space than you think, already survived a foot of snow on it with no issues

Needs much better anchoring !

We liked this canopy…. But the first windstorm we had…yesterday…. It completely tore out of the ground and blew away into our neighbors yard..and all over.. Even tho we bought large cement blocks to put on top of the metal anchor spikes in the ground .

Fine if perfect weather

Unfortunately if you live anywhere with rain, wind or snow it will not hold up. Spent too much to have the poles bend under a little weight
