Half Cassette Motorized Retractable LED Luxury Patio Awning - 16 x 10 Feet - Sand
The worst company, I bought a retractable 16 by 10 awning. It took 4 days to put together. The instructions were very bad after I put it up it to took about 3 people to put up on my siding. After one week, the motor stripped and did not work and it almost hit one of my family members. I took it down and they did not give me any money for what I lost. Do not buy anything from them, they are the worst. Trust me

Have to say this is incredible for the price I paid! Quite complicated to assemble but excellent quality material, except for a little hole in the awning fabric, I'm not concerned because Overstock has always stood behind their products. If you have some with patience who knows their way around tools, this will not be a problem to assemble and hang. UPDATE: I was notified and already received a complete replacement fabric for this awning ...as I stated O does stand behind their products.
