Included assembly instructions were very difficult to follow and did not include instructions if using a motor. I used a combination of the included instructions and on-line video from Wayfair and still managed to incorrectly assemble it the first time. Also, the end-caps for the valence bar do not stay on and the roller support for the center that cradles the awning roller does not roll freely, so I had to re-build it to actually work properly (rollers did not turn as shipped).

I have not used yet. Possibly will sell on marketplace l.

Have to supply the power cord, but thats ok since length of chord depends on where you install it. Fairly easy to link to awning. So far working like a charm. The hardest part was finding a suitable location to mount it.

Great product, well made. However, could have included power cable and better instruction on installing it. Need to google on connect the cable.

Connected to 20 ft awning. Can extend to block sunlight and retract if wind gets to 20 mph. Awesome product.

Works really well, I use it outside with my awnings. Helps keep my rooms cool without me having to go outside to lower the awnings in the morning. One of the sensors got damaged and wasn't rotating properly but the company was very helpful and sent me a replacement, the replacement has worked perfectly since.

This is wonderful, because there is times I forget to close the awning. But if its a very windy day it will keep opening and closing on its own. I was afraid its going to burn up the motor.

The bulk of my order is nine days overdue so I am unable to determine if the sensor works.

Works

It too longer than expected to sync to the motor but once done has been reliable. Took many attempts to sync as the instructions are not very well written.

Not what I hoped for

I expected a very high quality product but was disappointed. The canvas did not seem to be nearly as substantial as other brands we looked at and the metal arms were definitely not as strong as other major brands. We decided to return the product even though we know it will cost us both return shipping and more than likely less than we originally paid. Very disappointed!

Great add on for awning it detracts automatically when bad weather comes

I couldn’t justify the price of a SunSetter so this was a great way to go.

Haven't been able to get adjusted well yet. If I think it is getting too windy and retract the awning, it will open it back up after just a few minutes. I think it will be good once I have it adjusted well.
