Gorgeous pot and perfect size….bigger than saucepan but not gigantic…good for pasta and ears of corn! I would warn though that the lid is NOT included!!!

This pot looks lovely and is very energy-efficient, but is really unpleasant to use. The handles are too small so they get very hot, so you need to faff with oven mitts then you must be extra careful yet again because the handles being so small, it is difficult to hold them safely while wearing oven mitts! Furthermore, the handles and the top lip all have such sharp edges, they cut into your hands whenever you hold the pot. Washing it by hand is actually painful! Whoever designed this is clearly not a cook and prefers to just look at kitchen objects rather than use them. As it is not manufactured in Europe, the pot is also far too expensive, AND you must buy the lid separately. Thank goodness Nordic Nest had it at half price, but what a let down from Alessi. My advice: save up and buy the Iittala Tools pots instead. Those too are overpriced but look amazing, and will not hurt your hands.
