Counter height table

I love the color and the height, but it's easily scratched and indented. Also easily chipped. Table and chairs have a small wobble to them the way uneven legs do

Great Dining Set

Absolutely love my dining set. I’ve had it for about two weeks now. Only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is because the chairs are wobbly on my hard wood floors. Other than that it accommodates my family of 5 very well!

Beautiful dining room set. Very easy to put together (17 year old completed). Buy it this is a sturdy, eye catching piece worth the price !

Dining set

Beautiful set, but not for the price, came with nicks on the table, a broken chair, missing pieces, and the store only replaced the chair with a scratched up floor model. Take it down $200 or have someone open the boxes and make sure all the pieces are there and it's not damaged.

Very poor product , lasted us like 3 months until the chairs started moving and wood was breaking off . Unfortunately not happy at all but paid too much for this table for such cheap wood

Beware of the quality

The quality is very poor. Within a few months the chairs faux leather seats started to crack, we are a family of 4 and my kids are not little anymore so it is not due to misuse or mistreatment, or excessive use. The top edges of the chairs started to chip and we started to see some discoloring in a few spots of the top of the table when cleaning it. When something spilled and it was a little sticky, after putting a bit of an efforts to clean it off, the top color came off. I wished it was a better quality and now I’m regretting not buying a warranty, because our previous dinning set was cheaper and outlived our small children without any problems, so I didn’t think I would need warranty for this one.

half pointless at this point

3 out of the 6 chairs didnt have all of the holes drilled to put the screws into. When attempting to get replacements I was told unless I want to return the entire product keep in mind I had already built table %26 3 chairs then there would be nothing that could be done so im basically screwed.

I love our new kitchen table. It is sturdy and so far- seems to be kid proof! It was easy to put together, just time consuming. Hopefully it lasts for many years to come.

Beautiful set, but hard to assemble

This set is pretty, I paid for delivery and was hoping that meant it would be ASSEMBLED, but it showed up in a big box… and assembly wasn’t included…but the instructions are unclear. It made it pretty difficult to assemble, and then when it was assembled, some chairs showed the screws, or gaps. So, We have a pretty table, and some less than pretty chairs. DisAppointed to say the least :(

Great Table

However the floor model was misleading to me and the sale person. I ordered it and realized that the display table and chairs I chose did not include and extender. But they were willing to refund but it eventually worked out for the better. Overall Thanks to my saleswoman.

Beautiful Dining Set

This set is a bit higher than a normal set, however we love this set for our family. We are a family of 5 and a bit on the heavier side, this set is very sturdy. It's built solid and doesn't wobble or anything like that. It's also just a beautiful color and the top coating makes it easier to wipe down. Definitely a great purchase.

3/6 chairs are wobbly I was able to put everything together by my self. All the parts come in separate bags for every piece so you will end up with 6 Allen wrenches and 7 regular wrenches. The directions are simple yet kinda confusing as it's one picture for the table and one picture for the chairs. I was a little nervous at first that it wouldn't hold my weight at 200+ but nothing seemed to creak or crack when I sat down. Mine got delivered in one 250lb box from FedEx freight (live in the US) which caused the tracking number to be a bit off. If something happened and needed to I would probably buy this again

Won't last

Bought this table set back in October of 2021. Within a month random screws would fall out from the chairs. The table was put together correctly. This morning one of the chairs completely fell apart and is unusable.

Table was damaged/ manufacturer issues

When I got my table I assembled it myself with help from spouse all the legs on the table went on perfectly as it should Except one. The bolt or screw would not go onto the post we’ve tried several times even switching out the screw/ bolt after further inspection I found out that the post looked to be damaged because it was shorter than all the other post on the table even the one above it they were uneven & we also discovered it was a small hole in one of the chair cushions. The table is not fully assembled because we can’t secure the last leg the table isn’t sturdy so I contacted the store immediately & explained what was going on . The store manager expressed that he would come out & exchange my set for another the next day which never happened it’s 7/23/21 I literally call them 2-3 a week & they keep giving me the run around about when they will be able to get my table set replaced. My patience has run thin I don’t appreciate the customer service I’ve been receiving I paid for the insurance & delivery this clearly wasn’t my fault & it’s a manufacturer issue . When I call they just keep giving me broken promises, One of their excuses were that there in between delivery companies & have no one to deliver it then it was they were out of stock & the set was found at another one of there locations & they would have to go get it from them then delivery it to me yet that hasn’t happened. I’ve spoke to sale Associates & the manager was made aware too but I haven’t been able to speak to him nor has he tried to contact me . I sent them emails of the damaged cushion & the leg post I want my table replaced ASAP this is ridiculous & I’m very upset & dissatisfied with their service there was other issues I didn’t report the post to the chairs had marks as if someone attempted to put the bars on them already I believe my set was used or poorly package but I literally reported everything else the next day after it was delivered ….. my table was delivered 6/25/21 it’s been a month & no response from mangers or staff I literally have to call them & they give me lies & nothing being done

It seems only grey at the store

When the table came to my apartment it was brown, Asked for another... brown as well. I was told all tables seem to be brown but it is only because of "lightning " I took one chair outside under the sun= brown, normal house lights= brown, Flashlight = brown. Super dissapointed that my house now looks out of proportion in color scheme. 💔 Yes, I take pride in the way the interior of my home looks. It seems good wood material, tho.

Ok!

I ordered this set offline and picked it up in the store. When I open the box the Cochin and wood was chipped I had already put the set together except of the chair that was messed up I called the store thinking I would be able to bring just the chair that was damaged. They wanted me to take the whole 7 piece set about instead of just replacing the Cochin I live a hour away from the store where I purchased it at and they wouldn’t take the chair that was damaged the chairs are uneven all of the has a wobble to it I’m scared to let people sit in the but the table is the best part I like I’m giving a 2 star for poor communication and bad quality

Beautiful dining set

This is a beautiful dinning set. I purchased it right at the beginning of the pandemic. It came damaged so trying to get the matter resolved was very difficult due to closure of businesses. Although I was not totally satisfied with the final outcome, the problem was resolved. But it is a beautiful dining set and I'd purchase it again.

Good, just pricey.

I would definitely recommend this table to anyone wanting a good quality and sturdy but also affordable product. Pretty easy for me to put together by myself. A little tricky at first though just because I wasn't sure which side of the chairs were considered left and right in the directions, but once you figure that out, it's pretty easy. 3 of the 4 chairs came out a little wobbly though. Nothing a little tweak wouldn't fix. UPDATE: had to tighten up a couple of the chairs a few times. Kind of annoying.
